DOCK HOLIDAY est la maison parfaite pour les grands rassemblements. Les 3100 pieds carrés comprennent 6 chambres avec vue sur l'eau, 4 salles de bain complÚtes et 2 espaces de vie à aire ouverte, et un grand coin cuisine qui peut accueillir de grands groupes contrairement à toute autre maison sur le lac Hartwell.

Il y a un grand parking pour de nombreux invitĂ©s (et des remorques Ă  bateaux) dans une rue sans issue. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e directement en face du parc d'État de Sadlers Creek et de sa large rampe de mise Ă  l'eau. De plus, la propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  seulement 11 km de Green Pond Landing et de ses tournois Bassmasters et Bass Angler.

L'arriĂšre de la maison comprend une rangĂ©e de fenĂȘtres afin que le lac puisse ĂȘtre vu de nombreux points de vue.

Tout est sur un seul niveau et comprend de larges couloirs. En tant que tel, c'est une maison trÚs conviviale pour les clients à mobilité réduite.

La maison comprend une cuisine bien équipée avec beaucoup d'espace de préparation et deux réfrigérateurs de grande taille.

Les clients pourront regarder la télévision par satellite à partir de deux espaces de vie séparés (par exemple, les enfants et les adultes) et le wifi est disponible dans toute la maison et sur le patio arriÚre.

La cour arriĂšre est l'un des plus grands espaces verts dĂ©gagĂ©s que vous trouverez sur le lac. De plus, la pente trĂšs douce se prĂȘte bien Ă  une variĂ©tĂ© de jeux et d'activitĂ©s (sans parler des puits de fer Ă  cheval inclus). Il y a plus de 250 pieds de façade sur l'eau sur cette propriĂ©tĂ©.

Le quai est Ă  votre disposition pour garer votre propre motomarine ou celui d'une agence de location locale. Nous pouvons avoir notre bateau dans la glissade couverte (comme sur les photos), mais le quai est encore assez grand pour amarrer d'autres bateaux. L'eau profonde et une propriĂ©tĂ© parfaitement situĂ©e pour les couchers de soleil font de cet endroit l'un des plus recherchĂ©s du lac. Des chartes de pĂȘche locales sont disponibles.

Nous sommes trĂšs proches du parcours de golf de Stone Creek Cove et Ă  seulement 6,4 km des lieux de mariage de The Oaks and Evergreen Plantation.

Les clients ne parcourent que 22 miles depuis et vers les matchs de football et les remises de diplĂŽmes de Clemson tout en Ă©vitant les artĂšres principales.

This has been my all time favorite VRBO rental house! Everything was perfect from the layout of the house to the huge yard with a great view. The house is basically a duplex with a connecting double door. Each side has three comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It was so nice to have a space to have downtime while the rest of the house was up. It would be great with families with kids that could do their own thing away from the adults. All the bedrooms were very nice with nice linens and comfortable beds. The kitchen was super stocked. There is a grill which we used a few nights. But the yard was beyond belief!! I had my dogs with me and they had a blast. There was so much space to let them run around. The yard had a very gentle slope which was nice for me as i have mobility issues. It was an easy walk to the water. There were deer in the yard every evening.The dock was great. We rented a boat and there was plenty of room to tie up. Our group had the best time at Lake Hartwell and this house was a huge part of that!!! We will definitely book this house again!!! Enjoy!

This house and dock were the perfect fit for our large crew of 8 adults and 10 grands. The house is very well stocked and the two kitchens are very helpful with a large group. Comfy beds and bedroom/bathroom set is is great.

Dock Holiday is an awesome lake house on Lake Hartwell. Our family loved our time there. We played hard all day on the lake and enjoyed the evening view from the back porch. We have gone on many vacations and rented lots of VRBO’s but this definitely ranks at the top.Thank you for sharing your home with Pearce family.

Lake-ation

We love our lake vacations. This is our 3rd trip to this property so we obviously love it. The owners thought of everything! It’s roomy and stocked. Great view of lake and there’s no extra charge for the beautiful sunsets.

Great stay!

Our group of 11 friends have been getting together annually for many years. In recent years, we've stayed at different VRBOs, all of which were very good, but we were unanimously agreed that this VRBO is our favorite. Lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, all on one floor (i.e., no stairs), and lots of gathering space inside and outside including down at the dock on the lakeshore. We definitely plan to come back !

Golf Girls Trip

Stay at Doc Holiday was great. More than enough room for 9 senior ladies on a golf trip to the Anderson area. Highly reccomend this for anyone wanting a wonderful place to stay on Lake Hartwell

Peaceful lake oasis

We loved how the house has two living spaces so baby could be put down and others still be up. We love the pool table and Pac-Man machine as well as cLoseness to state park and canoes. Our family was just there for long weekend but ready to come for the week. What lovely owners as well. Could ask for great getaway spot. Very family friendly. Huge back yard!!

Great Place to spend a weekend!

Family Vacation

This place was perfect! We had a large family gathering with adults, kids, and pets and it fit all of our needs. A lot of space for everyone to have the flexibility to be together but split off if needed. The ice machine was a nice surprise. Tons of games, loads of towels, more dishes than expected, tvs worked great, plenty of seating outside to enjoy the lake view. They had cornhole boards, fishing gear, life jackets and lake gear. The dock was great and we rented a boat for the week. We did some morning walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing wild deer and the local horses, goats, and cows. Walmart was less than 20 minutes so we could easily stock up on groceries. Would definitely recommend this place. Owner was great at responding when we messaged. Hoping to stay again in the future!

Another fun week at Dock Holiday

This was a repeat stay at this location. House and property provided lots of fun for my extended family. Teens and young adults had a blast inside, on the lawn, and off the dock. Lake Hartwell is beautiful. Thanks again, Shawn.

Fabulous Stay at Dock Holiday

Our large family enjoyed the roominess of the house and lake activities. We took in the view of every sunset from the large dock. The home is well-stocked with comfortable furniture, two refrigerators, a stand alone ice machine, games including a pool table and an assortment of board games. The glass windows and doors allow for a gorgeous lake view. All was clean and neat when we arrived. Parking is ample - we had 4 cars at any given time. We all agreed we would return if we have the opportunity. There were so many great places to visit :Forx Farm (best butter ever), Goat Farm, Richardsons Day Lillies, Botanical Gardens (Clemson). As far as food: The Pompous Pig, and the Local Pub and Eatery were excellent places to eat when we didnt prepare our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The host communicates promptly and is available if you have any needs.
