Cottage en brique et carrelage avec deux chambres à coucher, situé à quelques pas d’une belle plage de sable et de la crique. Grand jardin à l'arrière entièrement clôturé avec un patio privé où vous pourrez regarder les enfants jouer, prendre une boisson fraîche ou votre tasse de thé du matin. Cuisine propre et entièrement équipée avec table de cuisson à gaz, four encastré, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur de grande taille, vaisselle et couverts, casseroles et poêles à frire, ainsi que tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour un séjour court ou long. Table à manger 6 places, salons confortables, télévision murale dans le salon et la chambre principale. Lit Queen et air conditionné dans la principale. deux lits simples dans la deuxième chambre. Douche et vanité dans la salle de bain. Toilettes privées à la lessive. Lave-linge à chargement frontal et grande cuve à lessive. Double garage entièrement verrouillable avec télécommande pour un RAD et levée / verrouillage manuel pour un autre accès facile et sécurité du véhicule.

Best place we have stayed in on this 8 week trip

Very private, beautifully presented, had everything we needed. The house was much bigger than we expected, private area outside at the front and back. Totally ffenced safe big garden for Ollie to play. Close enough to lots of places and always a pleasure to return in the evening. Thanks,

Handy location & spacious

Stayed here for two nights for turtle viewing at Mon Repos. Conveniently located only 16 mins from centre. The house is spacious & comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioners worked well. We were travelling with a small dog & this place was perfect with a huge well fenced backyard & we we were allowed to have our small dog inside. All communication with Lorraine was clear & all replies were prompt. As promised Lorraine had gone out of her way to leave us some very nice treats to welcome us to her home. Wifi was available with a download speed of around 22mb/s. We really enjoyed our stay & hope to return again.

Lovely host & place

Lorraine went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. The home is clean, comfortable and suited our family with our furbaby for the stay. Would recommend the place, which is in walking distance to the bakery & water views.

The accomodation was very clean and offered the little extras you don’t normally get (hand soap, tissues, welcome drinks/treats, tea and coffee, extra rolls of toilet paper). The communication with the host was informative and prompt. We would definitely book again.

Lovely Innes Park cottage

My wife and I had a wonderful week staying here, and catching up with relatives living in Bundaberg. The holiday home is very well appointed and has air conditioning which was much needed.

The house was perfect and the yard was excellent for our 4 legged baby. He was very content to explore the yard whilst we where off site seeing. The lovely gifts left in the fridge where an extra special treat. Will certainly be back

Wonderful little cottage

Lorraine was easy to deal with during our booking. When we walked into the cottage my first impression was wow this place is so nicely decorated. The bed and lounge were very comfortable, (most places we have stayed are not). Top marks for Lorraine for leaving all the goodies for us. My husband was very impressed with all the linen to the extent of wanting to buy some towels and sheets like the ones supplied in the cottage. Over and above

We had a lovely stay here! Such a clean and neat house with high quality furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was there plus more! We really appreciated the softdrinks and chocolates left for us in the fridge, among all the other little surprises around the house. The yard was spacious and neatly kept, a joy to spend our afternoons outside; and extra peace of mind being able to store my car in the automatic garage. We will be staying here again.

Clean & comfortable - had a great stay!

The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was how clean the cottage was. Lorraine, the owner, has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. From ease of check in (key safely stored in a key lock box) to fully stocked kitchen cupboards & some treats in the fridge - we couldn't fault our stay. While we didn't meet Lorraine, she was friendly and her communication was excellent. Our dog really enjoyed the big shady backyard & we really appreciated being able to have her inside with us. We hope to stay again one day.
