The Space:

Set in Nashville's historic 1865 building, this one-bedroom penthouse combines exposed-brick character with an easy Midtown location. It sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area.



The condo includes a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, central air and heat, and shared in-building laundry. Guests also have access to free on-site parking, the seasonal shared outdoor pool, fitness room, BBQ area, and rooftop observation deck.



The 1865 is convenient to Vanderbilt, Centennial Park, Midtown, The Gulch, and downtown Nashville. Train tracks are behind the property, and construction noise may occasionally be heard nearby.



Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



Getting Around:

For your personal safety, we recommend using Lyft or another rideshare service when getting around after dark.
