Récemment rénové et disponible pour vos vacances. Récemment rénové avec un nouveau sol en terrazzo et de la peinture partout.
Nouveaux appareils ménagers, nouvelles salles de bains, nouveaux meubles dans toute la maison. Une canopée en chêne donne une atmosphère de cabane dans cette maison charmante et centrale située sur la magnifique côte culturelle de la Floride. À quelques minutes du centre-ville et de chacune des clés du Lido et de Siesta, vous pourrez accéder à des plages de classe mondiale, au cœur du quartier des théâtres et des arts, à une cuisine raffinée et au style de vie de Sarasota. We had a great stay at this lovely house. The location and outdoor space were the best part. Only one TV with no cable, only Roku. The owner was very accommodating, which was appreciated.

Convenient location and safe neighborhood.

The good size house is conveniently located within a safe neighborhood. Good choice of groceries stores around. Only 15 minutes drive away from Siesta Key Beach. Nice pool and amenities. We have had a great time. Thank you Evona!

Paradise in Sarasota

This wonderful property gives the feeling of being at your own private resort. It was so easy to enjoy the outdoors, with the heated pool and surrounding patio with recliners so nice to transition to the covered patio area with the dining table and comfy sofa, style seating. The home is lovely with open style kitchen. We can’t wait to return!

Place was clean, easy to locate and close to venues. Pool was excellent and used the nice pool area couch to get some great, quiet, bird singing naps! Watched the Super Bowl on a large, easy to use TV. WE will be back

Great Pool time

The pool and the pool sitting Area are the house’s biggest strength but there are some minor problems with the kitchen and the washing machine but it still works fine just not the best.also it would be great if a good grill was added to the house.

Forget about this house

A lot disappointments with cleanness of the kitchen pool laundry room. And as a cherry on the top huge jumbo cockroach in the kitchen with moving legs at the last morning. Will not recommend this house

I am sorry the cleaners were not up to your standards, we have worked with them and also hired a new company. We do have professional pest control that takes care of this property on regular schedule, however occasionally a palmetto bug can come in, we are very responsive, and would have love to taking care of your concerns while staying.

Great stay!

Location is great. 12 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and Village. Lots of free parking at the beach with multiple access points. House is just a couple of minutes to Publix and other shopping and restaurants. House is cozy. Ideal for families up to 6 people. Kitchen is outdated but fully functional and does have newer appliances. House was clean upon arrival. Only 1 TV which was fine for us but if you like to watch TV in bed at night there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Master shower had fantastic water pressure but the sink did not. Pool was fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet. Host was very responsive. We had a great time!

Family beach 🏖 vacation

This house is so much better than the listing describes! There is so much floor space! There are 8 of us, including our six kids ages 11-21. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool is AWESOME! The patio furniture is covered and so comfy! Beds comfy. You couldn’t ask for more! The property manager is a delight as well.

Fantastic stay near Siesta Key

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated 6 adults comfortably, one senior with a walker got around with ease. The house was clean and had great amenities, and felt like home for our stay. We enjoyed the salt water pool daily. Location is perfect and close to so many shops, restaurants and the best beach in USA. Evona was quick to respond and address any questions.

Nice property, great value for the money.

The pool had a lot of debris in it when we arrived, and I have seen this stated in previous reviews. Other than having to spend a couple hours with the net, it was a great experience! Very close to a ton of cool beaches and the Sarasota airport!

I am sorry you did not find everything to your liking, we have put a new garbage dispenser and tightened all the loose screws you have brought to our attention. We take very good care of our properties and are extremely attentive, we would have been happy to tighten any screws while you were staying. There are new couches and beds, we update all the time.

AWESOME PLACE!

Lovely place, easy to communicate with the owner and they were very nice, very clean, loved the heated pool!! probably the best feature of the house. Would definitely come back! 100% recommend!
