This stunning 3br+3ba beach townhome includes the entire ground level patio (exclusive to this unit!) that spans the entire width of the property. You'll also love the beautiful top level penthouse master suite's ocean views and the privacy of having 1 bedroom per floor level. Other highlights include an open floorplan living area with great beach views, UNLIMITED beach gear rentals at no extra fee, outdoor seating, BBQ, washer/dryer, A/C, tandem garage parking space, & allowance for up to 2 dogs onsite. Maximum occupancy 10 (8 adults max). NOTE - 2nd level deck is for the other unit only.
GROUND/1ST LEVEL (main living area + patio + 1br + 1ba)
Enter the main front door entry & be greeted by a spacious open floorplan main living area, with a line of windows that look out to a white sandy beach + endless blue water ocean views. The living room includes an all new mounted SMART ROKU TV (with cable), plush sofa bed with direct views out to the ocean, accent chairs, & a set of patio doors that leads you to our flagship expansive patio with Hot Tub, BBQ, & seating (more details in Outdoor Features section below!). Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a modern glass table that slides open to allow for seating up to 8. Enjoy cooking while soaking in white water ocean views! Our all new gourmet kitchen comes complete with white cabinetry, sleek white quartz countertops, white & gray tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, & bar seating.
Off the hallway is 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Br#1 is our Paradise room & a great space for those not wanting to deal with stairs. Features a super cool âblack crocodileâ wallpaper print, King sized bed, & mounted SMART TV (with cable). The adjacent full bathroom includes a surround shower & quartz vanity countertop. Rounding off this level is a separate washer/dryer room.
MIDDLE/2ND LEVEL (1br + 1ba *the deck off this level is not for our home)
A set of stairs leads you to the private 2nd level that houses Br #2. Feel like you're entering a tropical jungle with a fun palm tree wallpaper print! This room also includes 2 Queen beds, SMART TV (with cable), & ensuite ba with surround shower.
TOP/3RD LEVEL PENTHOUSE (master retreat!)
Anticipation sets in as you enter the top level penthouse master suite. âą EVENTS | Parties, large gatherings or events of any kind, including but not limited to business retreats, bachelor(ette) parties or pre/post wedding celebrations, are not permitted onsite. This rental is not intended for gatherings of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property.
âą NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
