The cabin is located 5 minutes from Boyne Mountain, a year round resort. 8 minutes to Boyne City and beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Plenty of shopping near by. Our bedrooms have black out shades for better sleeping. The covered deck has plenty of seating for enjoying the beautiful views. Enjoy Betty’s restaurant which is in Boyne Falls for a delicious homemade breakfast or lunch. Petoskey is only an18 minute drive with a beautiful downtown and plenty of shopping plus it’s on the water with amazing views. Gaylord is 25 minutes away where the expressway is located. Mackinac Island is less than an hour away. You won’t be disappointed if you make our cabin your destination. This property is also a working farm which includes owners gardens and chicken coop. The owners are quiet and you won’t even know they are there. They are very friendly tho if you have any questions. The garage is heated in the winter for all your skiis and equipment. You might even be lucky enough to see some wildlife.

This cabin is perfect! It is in a great location with the best views. The host was very responsive, the cabin had everything needed for a nice stay, and it was very welcoming from the moment we entered. I highly recommend this place! We enjoyed the nature, the land around us, and all of the small details the host thought of such as books, games, snacks and waters left, and kind notes stating to use anything needed.

We came up to ski and the location of this property is perfect for us. Beautiful, expansive property with views of the slopes and dog friendly grounds. We came up to ski, but will return for any reason we can think of! Bright and clean, heated garage, friendly and accommodating owners

Boyne Cabin

We had a great time at the cabin! We loved the view of Boyne and how close it was to the resort. The cabin had everything we needed! We loved the Christmas decorations and tree too. We enjoyed the deer that slept out in the corn field. A couple bonuses were being able to park in the heated garage. Also the pull out sofa is in addition to the living room area, so you still have the tv/living room area available even if you are using the pull out sofa. We would definitely stay here again - looks like it would be very pretty in summer too!

Our ski vacation

The cabin was excellent. We felt very at home in the cozy cabin. We cooked most of our meals there and they had every imaginable cooking utensil, pots, pans and every appliance you could imagine. We had an excellent time even though the skiing was a little too warm. The mountain was great though. You can't control the weather. Thank you for a great stay!

Beyond the description

This Cozy Cabin had a home away from like atmosphere. When we arrived we were welcomed with welcoming gifts and the details when they were told we were there celebrating our anniversary was very special to us. Chris was super nice to us and even gave us farm fresh eggs and veggies. The communication with Kelly made us very comfortable. There was so many little details that made our stay wonderful. The property was beautiful with breathtaking views. We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come again.

I am from the local area and enjoy spending time with family. I recently took over managing our family cabin to keep its charm and importance to our family. My in-laws used to stay in the old green cabin on site. The new cabin was built in 2004/2005.
The property is still used today by family members to get together for all occasions. My kids have very happy memories from spending time at the cabin. There is a weekend in the summer we call cousins weekend and that’s where a lot of the grandkids camp on the property with their kids enjoying cooking on the grill, riding 4 wheelers and side by sides. The memories they are making are unmatched.

Our cabin has amazing views you can’t get in a city. We have Boyne Mt resort views out our front window. If you’re lucky enough you could even see some wildlife out that same window. We are close to neighboring towns and yet far enough out of the city/town to be private.
