Cet appartement récemment construit comprend 1 chambre double avec salle d'eau attenante, 1 chambre à deux lits ; 1 salle de bains avec baignoire ; un salon avec un canapé pouvant accueillir 2 enfants, une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, réfrigérateur-congélateur, etc. ; il dispose de la télévision par câble et du Wi-Fi. Situé dans un complexe privé doté d’une très grande piscine commune, d’une petite pataugeoire et d’un immense jardin ! Il se trouve à seulement 300 mètres de la charmante plage d'Alvôr et à 200 mètres du centre d'Alvôr, où vous trouverez certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'Algarve.

Cet appartement très confortable de deux chambres est décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Équipé de la climatisation dans les deux chambres et le salon, ainsi que d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, vous disposez de tout ce dont vous avez besoin ! À seulement 2 minutes à pied du centre d’Alvôr.
Depuis la grande véranda donnant sur la piscine & jardin, vous pourrez déguster vos repas tout en profitant d’une très belle vue sur la mer !

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely apartment. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Stayed at Vila de Praia several times before but this was the best apartment we have stayed in due to its position overlooking the pool. Great location for exploring Alvor on foot. Also the hosts were most accommodating when our arrival was delayed by 7 hours! Couldn’t ask for better. Would 100% stay here again,

All was fantastic, great location and perfect accommodation, one thing to note would be an upgrade to the pool area, loose tiles in and around pool area are not a great touch. Other than this all good and look forward to returning next year

An excellent apartment with a balcony that overlooks the pool and goes round two sides, which allows you to follow the sun through the day. A well appointed apartment with good facilities. The host was responsive and eager to help. Vila da Praia is one of the best locations in Alvor as well, close to the village, close to the beaches and lots of amenities to hand. A great package.

A lovely apartment on a great complex. Very convenient location for an easy walk into Alvor centre and to the fabulous beach. Very helpful and easy communication with the host. Thank you, we can’t wait to return!

This is a lovely spacious apartment , in a gated complex , which overlooks a great pool. The balcony area offers a nice area to relax.Very close to the harbour , the beach and the main restaurant areas.Communication with the owners was first class and we were allowed an early check in which was nice.Perfect for couples or families.Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent accommodation & location

A well equipped and very smart apartment. A great location for the beach and also the centre of Alvor. Good communication with the host throughout the booking and gaining access to the property on arrival. Would definitely recommend this property.

Vila da Praia

Well located apartment and host was extremely kind in accommodating an early check with the lovely lady who met us.Comfortable bed, nice decor and spotlessly clean, I’d suggest more comfortable seating to enjoy the balcony longer and updating the towels which have seen better days. Otherwise spot on we enjoyed our stay.

Great location close to beach and supermarket.Quiet complex well equipped kitchen and Lena the host really helpful with our stay .. Our daughter was coeliac so some of the local restaurants were ok but u need to book .Thanks Lena for a great holiday

Perfect location

Second time staying at this apartment. Communication with host was excellent and check in very easy. Property has everything you need and very comfortable. View over pool is lovely and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment and host.
