Récemment rénové, cette belle vue sur le lac 3 au rez-de-chaussée chambre condo offre plancher nouveau stratifié (dans toutes les chambres), meubles et appareils électroménagers. Le décor lumineux et joyeux se mettre dans l'ambiance pour vos vacances de rêve. Il est également à proximité de la piscine et club-house.

Le plan d'étage ouvert en fait un appareil idéal pour une grande famille à partager lors de vacances à Orlando. De partout dans la zone commune d'une vue sur le lac Cay peut être apprécié. Ouvrez les stores et profiter de la vue exceptionnelle, juste devant votre porte.

The host was very helpful, communication was excellent – the property was lacking, however- it was spacious for sure. The View and porch were great, but the bedding was poor.- I’ve never been in a place that did not have a bedspread, but only a sheet on top of a blanket—? The sheets were scratchy and beds were just not that comfortable and I was surprised by that- We also requested extra blankets and none were provided, this is very surprising at a property this large - there were two couches that pulled out into beds, but only one extra set of sheets, even though we did not need but one I thought that that was an oversight especially since we were looking for an extra blanket and figure there would be extras for the two couch pull out beds-also the thermostat would not go below 69 and while This seems quite cool it just didn’t seem to get that cool-the resort was very nice and I would definitely stay at the location again, the paths and the pools were very nice, but I don’t think I would choose this unit it was very spacious, which was nice, but it was a bit too “spartan” for our taste - it could definitely use an upgrade I believe this was a handicap unit, which would explain the lack of drugs however it was not advertised as such.

Great location

We stayed here for the huge national volleyball tournament. The only frustrating part was the ID confirmation process. We had to attempt multiple times to send pictures of our ID and credit cards. The box spring in the master has seen better days and has to be pushed back together the first night. The team was fabulous when my daughter realized she left her charger after checkout time. They issued us a new code so she could run in and grab her charger. The location was close to the clubhouse and main pool. The walk to the other pool was short. There was plenty of parking and electric car chargers nearby. The home could use a few repairs and adding knobs to the cabinets would help! They stick. I broke a nail just trying to get out a coffee cup. The washer and dryer came in handy for those nightly uniform washes.

Comfortable Stay

Very nice property located at the Vista Cay resort. First floor with patio overlooking a lake was beautiful. Vehicle noise from a highway close by was a little distracting at night. Close walk to the pool/club house area and a lot of great eating options close by. The unit was well appointed, though minimally supplied. They did a good job of communicating that upfront, but plan for that as you shop for your stay. Also, they are quite strict about their check-in time. We arrived an hour early of the 4:00pm check-in. Even though the unit was available, we were not able to enter without agreeing to pay the early check-in fee. After getting up at 2:00am and being one of only three flights that made out of the MN blizzard that day... would have been an easy "win" on their part to be even 30 mins. generous. But, four days of 85 and sunny helped that.

Great stay!

We travelled to Orlando for work. Our flights were delayed and we arrived late at night but the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free so we had no problems. 3 of us stayed there and we all had a plenty of room to enjoy hanging out. We even had our other co-workers stop by to check out our place. Great location for our trip and will be reserving again for our next work trip!

Vacation is the best!!!!

The condo was beautiful, patio view was gorgeous, everything you need is just a walking distance away. We had the best time at Vista Cay Resort.

Great place to stay close to the convention center

The location is great and convenient not only for the Convention Center but even to jump on the main Highway and many great restaurants to eat. Condo was very clean too, the only issue we had was some ants in one of the bathrooms, after we called management they sent someone to take care the problem. I would stay there again.

The rental was beautifully maintained. Loved that it was gated. Everything was in beautiful condition and there was so much room for all of us. The rental was simply decorated and clean. WE had a beautiful view of a lake on our varanda and the pool was super close to our room. Can't say enough good things about this place. The only complaint was they only give you one set of towels per person and when I asked for more they said you just launder them an reuse. No big deal but I'm on vacation and didn't really want to do extra laundry. Lol.

Didn’t get what I paid for

I’m not going to write a huge essay. All I’ll say is that I was told I had two rooms in the same building and when I got the address’ we were even in the same gated area. Your team told me I was out of luck essentially and I got screwed. Thanks

Laguna Vista needs some care!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay ay Vista Cay 3 times a year for the last 3 years. Laguna Vista looks beautiful, however, the following needs to be addressed by the owner:Floors were filthy including hair in both bathrooms including shower drains, ALL beds are sunken in the middle and very uncomfortable, ALL pillows were too round and uncomfortable, ALL sheets are pilly and scratchy, both bathrooms had burned out lights and all light bulbs were different kinds, toaster is broken, and not enough silverware. Please have the owner address these issues especially the cleanliness. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. There were 7 of us that stayed here and there was plenty of room. The condo overlooked the lake and it was an end unit, which was nice. Walking distance to Publix, NYPD pizza (which is great), a liquor store and a couple of other restaurants. Bring your own paper towels, extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and I brought pump soap. If you want to do laundry bring detergent. We stocked the fridge and enjoyed the veranda and lake. Location is approximately 25 minutes from Camping World Stadium and 25 minutes from Disney Springs. Our only downside was that we could not bring our own alcohol to the pool because there is a bar at the pool and they of course want you to drink their alcohol. Just a small snafu for my crew, but may not be an issue for families staying there. Overall it was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. Our property management company was very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the weekend. Would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Wonderful Stay, but a Few Items Need Work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we thought the condo was spacious, great location to all of Orlando's parks, and pool / clubhouse were fantastic. The staff we met onsite were extremely friendly and helpful even though we were unable to check-in early. All guests were friendly and fun atmosphere all around. Here are the items we thought could have been better... * The beds were extremely uncomfortable making for poor nights of rest * Half of the dining room chairs were unusable as legs were loose and needed tightening, no tools in condo * Condo floors were dirty, socks and soles of feet became dark after only a few hours of walking around * Vacuuming in bedrooms and main room was spotty at best as hair and other items were still prevalent.
