DRIFTWOOD COURT 1 se trouve au cœur du célèbre café et restaurant de Sawtell, où vous trouverez également le Sawtell RSL et une variété de boutiques. Excellent venue in Sawtell

Excellent location, handy to the shopping centre. A well laid out 2 bedroom unit, everything you need for a relaxed stay in Sawtell.

Extremely dirty property, floors appliances and bedding were all dirty when we arrived when we brought it up with property management they did nothing to rectify. Everything needed to be washed before use . Property management were extremely rude and childish, would not recommend

Didn’t read no aircon in unit. Awning outside main bedroom terrible with rain hitting it. I was awake almost all night with how loud the awning was. Couldn’t close windows cause no air flow. Couldn’t use dvd player cause the player was so old a cables didn’t work. Had to go the shop a buy new aux cable to be able to watch dvd. No Netflix for kids. Fridge did not keep food or drinks very cold even set on highest cooling setting. Under couch bed an tv unit were no clean. Cleaners must just clean around stuff. Overall not bad for the price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To be honest, I usually refrain from giving reviews however felt I should provide a review in this instance. We stayed 5 nights from 25 to 30 September and found the size of the property, convenience of bottom floor close to parking on road and convenience to Sawtell all great. However although the property has been refreshed with a makeover kitchen, the bathroom was very poor and overall cleanliness of the property was below average. Sand and grit between couch cushions and to my horror a cotton ear bud as well. Quite dissatisfied with this aspect only. Would stay again but would be very clear I want the place cleansed properly.

A great unit walking distance from the beach and town. Kids loved the pool! Noisy due to Main Street traffic and hot with no air conditioning but the unit was very clean and comfortable. Thanks!

Kitchen was fully operational and having access to the pool was sensational. They only negative is the bathroom vanity is really small and not very functional to put items on. The price is equal with the accomodation.

Reviewer Comments: Close to beaches and within walking distance to Sawtell eateries. The unit is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for a holiday letting. The only downfall is the unit is on the same level as the road so a lot of road noise is heard from 7am till 7pm. If you close the windows the noise is reduced but then you can't have the sea breeze.

Very dark @ dingy

Wont b back, carpet dirty feel grit on bare feet vacume cleaner over full had reantel manager inspect @ empty than have cleaner return. Next day find smelly washed towles in w/mach not agood look, time windows were cleaned. Had cleaner clean v/dirty front door.
