Privé appartement avec jardin dans maison historique Uptown. Grande chambre, grande salle de bains avec douche sur mesure, et un grand salon ouvert, salle à manger et coin cuisine. Toutes les marques nouvelles, appareils en acier inoxydable. Double canapé-lit. Marchez trois portes vers le bas pour St. Charles pour attraper le tramway vers le bas pour le quartier français, prendre une marche ou du jogging sur le Mississippi River Trail ou à Audubon Park, marcher trois blocs au shopping sans fin et manger sur Maple St (et risque seulement quelques pâtés de maisons plus loin à encore plus d'options sur Oak St). À quelques minutes de Tulane et Loyola universités. Et après une longue et chaude journée à explorer NOLA, profitez d'une baignade rafraîchissante dans notre piscine chauffée!

Nous vivons à l'étage et sommes généralement autour et sera aussi disponible que nos clients souhaitent. Nous aimons manger dans les restaurants locaux, écouter de la musique, etc. et l'amour pour partager ce que nous aimons notre ville avec les visiteurs. Nous avons un livre de restaurants et une liste de choses à faire à la Nouvelle-Orléans dans l'appartement.

The place had a damp smell and wasn’t cleaned in the manner I was expecting based on the photos that were listed. The photos don’t reveal the actual space. It was quite dark in the space and wasn’t what I was expecting based on the photos with the pool and the outdoor patio area.

Wow, just wow. I'm not even sure how to respond to this. Really all I need to say is to look at all our other reviews, including all of the other recent ones, the vast majority of which are 10/10. I took a last minute booking, which I am often hesitant to do, but I wanted to accommodate this person. She arrived, and immediately left, but I overrode my normal cancelation policy (which of course is no refund once a stay has started), and this is how I am thanked. I have no idea what she is talking about with regard to the photos - they are the same photos we've had for the past 10 years, and all of the other guests have found them representative of the property. Further, it was cleaned thoroughly, in the same manner that it is for all guests, just that morning, and I had been in myself after that to confirm that it was ready for the next guests. I'm not sure in what "manner [she] was expecting" it to be cleaned, but it seems she was looking for a five-star hotel, not a quaint apartment in a historic house. Again, our 9.6 ("Exceptional") rating and prior reviews all speak for themselves. You don't have to take my word for it. As has been famously said, "you can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time."

Excellent location!

This apartment was the perfect size and in the perfect location for us! It’s close to wonderful restaurants, the trolley line and Audubon park which has a great golf course, walking/biking trails and the zoo. A great stay!

The apartment was clean and cozy. The kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen we have had in a rental...lots of dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, pots and pans etc. The outside patio was fantastic. The pool wasn't usable but it was Christmas so we really didn't miss it. Our host was not home but he was quick to answer any messages I sent.

Nice Location

Very elegant historical area and many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable and quiet location tp spend a weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you require for cooking and the bed was very comfortable.

Thanksgiving in New Orleans

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time here during Thanksgiving week. The walkability is great! We had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal and the outdoor lighting, pool and bamboo grove was such a lovely space to spend some downtime when not exploring.

A week in the Riverbend

Thank you for a great stay! We used to live just 2 blocks away and we greatly enjoyed being back in our old stomping grounds. Just steps away from family and friends for us! The pool was an amazing time as well and it wasn’t even summer yet! Thanks again!

Convenient and comfortable stay

We were very pleased with the convenient location to many great restaurants and the trolley. We were also very happy with the unit as it was very comfortable and clean inside and outside! Our host was very welcoming and accessible. We would definitely recommend this 1 bedroom apartment to anyone!
