Hi Denis, first I'd like to apologize for not having the experience you expected, that's not what we plan to offer. Regarding the keypad problem, there's no registry in our emergency services that someone called, are you sure they did it? The people that answer the phone in emergency are capable of opening so I find it very odd that they've called this number, it's the number sent to you with the check in information, if they've called our office, it's open only during business hours but it was all explained together with check in information. Regarding the dishes, when they are supposed clean and placed inside the cabinets our cleaners don't check it, unfortunately if they were not well washed it was done by the previous guests. I appreciate your observations and will let our customer care know and ask to solve as many issues as possible. Kind regards
