Beautiful scenery right from the porch swing. We ate breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the creek and gorgeous mountain and meadow scenery. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials. Bed comfy, shower warm. Hosts were so helpful with things to see and do. We will be back next year and years after. We loved every minute!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very comfortable, cozy, clean, and private. The outdoor setting was very peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed the deer that visited daily, watching the horses in the pasture, hearing the water in the creek below and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were there a week and will be recommending it to our friends.

This was a great centralized location to visit many places in both North Georgia and in North Carolina, including day trips to Cherokee. Franklin is a great little town to visit. Joceline and Joseph were excellent hosts, and the apartment was well stocked with everything that you would need. The views from the porch were amazing, from the creek down below to the mountains in the background. Wildlife roaming all around, birds flying into feed and the horses galloping around. were all fun to watch. All in all definitely a 10!!! Mike and Sally. Athens, Georgia. Go Dawgs!!

Best mini vaca EVER! We became fast friends with the hosts and have already planned two more trips here this year. It's the perfect little hideaway retreat for relaxation meditation and grounding. Great place for a couple or a little girls getaway trip. Definitely 5 stars & just the little recharge we needed.

The Volks are the best hosts we’ve ever had the privilege to interact with. They are a wealth of information for anything you may be interested in doing during your stay! And if you’re lucky, they may teach you how to play corn hole if you’ve never had the chance to learn (or even if you have)!Their place is absolutely lovely. An amazing Mountain View, and everything you could need or want for your stay. They inside was clean and welcoming, with an easy flow. Entering in is the living room, with the bedroom to the left and kitchen to the right. All you need to provide is the food!The outside includes so many amenities, but the porch swing, rocking chairs and fire pit were my personal favorites. We were able to hike (very mild) around the property and explore the beauty. We saw horses, deer, squirrels, birds and more birds (which I LOVED), and even a chipmunk!! We will definitely be returning to Creekside!

Creekside Hideaway

Great Quiet Weekend

While we weren't able to go on any hikes in the area, the stay was amazing and we were able to disconnect for the weekend and just enjoy the holiday together.
