Blue Ocean View 172 est un tout nouveau condo avec vue sur l'océan

Ce "CONDO VUE NOUVELLE OCÉAN" a été entièrement rénové en novembre 2018. C'est une unité de coin au dernier étage avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Nous venons de commencer à louer notre condo le 1er mars 2019. Profitez de la circulation d’air supplémentaire et de la vie privée accrue grâce à cette unité de coin située au dernier étage dans un bâtiment de deux étages peu élevé doté d’un superbe plafond voûté. La porte d'entrée est située au bout du couloir, il n'y a donc personne qui passe par la porte ou dans une unité au-dessus de vous, beaucoup d'intimité! Trois côtés de ce condominium d'une chambre à coucher et d'une salle de bain sont ouverts par des portes à persiennes et / ou des fenêtres pour pouvoir profiter des alizés. Ce condominium clé en main est à deux pas de la magnifique plage de sable sur laquelle repose la plantation Kiahuna. L'adhésion au club d'athlétisme Poipu Beach, les 24 heures de sécurité, des serviettes et des chaises complémentaires pour la plage et la piscine, un accès Internet, etc.

Everything was amazing. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have salt and pepper and some tupperware on arrival otherwise the unit was well prepared and stocked.

Great balcony views, and the ocean is closer than it appears in photos. Host very responsive, great coffee shop across the street. Place is spotless and kitchen is fully stocked.

Well equipped and clean condo situated on a beautiful property in a fantastic location! Excellent proximity to several beaches, shops, restaurants, and within reasonable driving distance to many hikes and other island attractions. This was our first visit to Kauai and it won't be the last - we are looking forward to returning and will absolutely stay again. Darin was a great and responsive host and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The unit was very nicely redone! The kitchen and bathroom were great. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pans and paper towels needed! It has a lovely ocean view and it’s in a great location! You can walk to restaurants and the beach right out front is nice. They also provided beach chairs and boogie boards which we enjoyed!The only down side was there was no in unit laundry. In fact it was quite a distance from our unit. Also the AC cools the place down, but it’s a wall unit in the living room, so it needs to be frosty in the living room for the bedroom to get cool, though it will cool the entire unit. The owner was responsive and seemed nice when we had a question.

Loved that this condo has a gorgeous ocean view and is so close to the beach. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers at the Lava’s pool bar next door and spent many evenings watching the sunset on lounge chairs at the property. The AC unit made for a comfortable stay. Be sure to bring salt/pepper/spices if you plan to cook. Otherwise; the kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, cookware, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations

Very recently renovated, beautiful finishes, and excellent location. We hiked several famous Kauai hikes. We loved exploring small towns and finding amazing restaurants. We also went to yoga classes and had massages in Hannapepe. We explored a local farmers market and a cacao farm. We can't wait to come back. Also it's fun to watch the surfers from the condo propert.

Fantastic Location

Blue Ocean View did not disappoint...in fact it won us over. Darin's condo is well done, outfitted nicely, and is a really nice location. The corner position under the tree with a few of the ocean couldn't be more sublime. It made our short stay perfectly relaxing.We also enjoyed the location in Poipu with easy access to Koloa and points further west.This will be tops on our list for a return visit!

Nice condo in Poipu

Comfortable and updated condo with ocean view in established resort area. Walking distance to Poipu shopping village and beach is just a walk across the grounds.
