Si vous recherchez un emplacement de choix et beaucoup d'espace, ne cherchez pas plus loin! Les plafonds voûtés de l’étage supérieur offrent une atmosphère ouverte au salon, à la salle à manger et à la cuisine de cette grande maison en rangée avec 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Situé en face du village et de l'entrée de la télécabine, vous bénéficiez d'un emplacement privilégié sans l'agitation. Avec une immense télévision à écran plat, un grand foyer au bois en coupe et confortable dans le salon, avec lecteur DVD / CD, il est parfait pour une soirée cinéma. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, comme à la maison, et la salle à manger peut accueillir tout le monde.

La chambre principale comprend un lit Cal King avec une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains complète. La deuxième chambre est dotée d'un lit double et d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains privative. Il y a même une salle de bain supplémentaire avec douche indépendante au niveau principal. Le complexe Helios North propose un parking souterrain, un sauna et un jacuzzi sur le toit. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de vélo, etc.

Ce condo peut accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes et est interdit de fumer ou les animaux domestiques. Il y a 23 escaliers vers le garage et 2 niveaux à l'intérieur. No bunk bed in the second bedroom - instead it has a full bed and a queen bed.

Switched off riding with my spouse since we had two infants with us, easy and quick access to village gondola made it feasible for us to both ride in a day.Plenty of space for us to hang out and be together in the evenings.

This was a fantastic property. 5 min walk to the village and plenty of space to host a group. The stairs from garage could be tough for a more senior crowd but easy for the young bucks!

The location and condo were perfect for the 4 of us. 3 bathrooms were perfect for my husband, myself and 2 friends (that were not a couple). The layout was perfect for all of us to chill, cook, enjoy the fire, play board games, watch movies, and be comfortable. The location was perfect to where we walked to the gondola and town. The check in and check out process were seamless. The condo was basic, but comfortable. We had an issue with cleanliness and had to stay up until 2am washing sheets the first night. The property manager was helpful in resolving the issue. I would recommend Helios North #5 mainly based on location.

Great location but outdated and needing TLC

Accommodations were adequate but for the price, I’d expect more care taken. The property and decorations are dated and damaged exterior). I knew there was no AC but there were also very few windows that even opened. On the main floor, only 1 in living room and 1 in kitchen opened. No recycling.

Yes, great location to village. Here are our list of reasons for two stars - you have to go to the property management office to pick up keys, which is a few miles away. Pitch black when we arrived so difficult to find and see numbers on door plus the porch light was not left on for us. Mounted next to the door has one of those locks with keypad that stores a key…didn’t understand why they wouldn’t leave jet there? Decor is outdated. Beds have the old style comforters that we’re certain are not being washed after each turnover. Master bedroom one was dirty with some noticeable stains. One day they had workers removing snow from roofs and pretty much blocked us in. No notice given and we had to climb over to get out. They were so loud on roof and shook the unit so much one of the decor items fell and broke (made sure we reported so we wouldn’t be wrongfully responsible). When you leave - you must return the keys back to the office, which again is a few miles away. The last and I’d say most unreasonable is you must take out all the trash to the bins. Isn’t that the reason for the cleaning fee? That was a first for us for this type of rental. Rather stay in a hotel for less, have better, cleaner bedding and not be a maid on vacation.

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. First, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This is not the standard we strive for, and we have already addressed this matter directly with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. All of the homes we manage are privately owned, and we will also be reaching out to the homeowner to discuss potential upgrades to improve the comfort and presentation of the unit. Regarding snow removal, as mentioned previously, this is managed by the homeowners association or property managers for each complex and is performed whenever necessary for safety reasons. In Mammoth, snow removal must occur at all hours of the day and night depending on weather conditions, and unfortunately this is outside of our control for both guests and local residents. Concerning key pickup and drop-off, our office is centrally located at the entrance and exit of town, which many guests find convenient. Mammoth Lakes is a small town (approximately four square miles), and travel time to and from the office is minimal. While some homes do offer keyless entry, others still require physical keys due to HOA or owner requirements. As for trash removal, this is outlined in the departure instructions provided prior to arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wanted a place within short walking distance to the Gondola in the Village but avoided the crowds & traffic. This was perfect. The unit was incredibly spacious - largest 6 person unit I've been too. Well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, flatware, towels and blankets. The number of Nest thermostats allowed for excellent heat control. Clean! No tumbleweeds of dog hair. Did not smell like dog nor of strong cleaning chemicals. That big end unit window in photo brought in so much wonderful light during the day and the big blinds gave privacy at night. Crew worked every day to keep the paths ice-free and safe. Was unsure about underground parking since it was in the other building but it was not a hassle at all. Ended up communicating with Mgmt company after my dog caused damage. The company was responsive, polite and very fair. I highly recommend this rental unit and the management company.

Great location for a ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Helios is close to the Village, just a couple of hundred yard walk down the hill, and the underground garage accommodates SUVs with roof boxes. The unit, #5, is in excellent condition, with enough space for a large family, or two small families, to spend time together and socialize.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 5 Helios just 2 blocks from the village and Village Gondola. Ideal location. We parked the car in the convenient covered parking sbd didn’t drive again until we left! The place was perfect! Plenty of room for our family of 5 and 3 full bathrooms was awesome. Nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds! Check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mammoth Reservations!

The Night of Lights Ideal Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had five great days of skiing. The night of lights display and show were awesome. We loved the location near the Village Gondola. It was especially important since one member of the crowd was going to have hip replacement surgery in a week. We had one issue with the rental, but the rental agency worked with us to make things positive!
