As your host, I love helping guests experience the very best of Marco Island. I am a local Realtor with designations as a Marco Island Specialist and Resort & Second Property Specialist, and I have deep roots here on the island.
I first lived on Marco Island as a child in the early 1980s before my family moved to Fort Lauderdale. After growing up there and raising my own family, I was fortunate to return to my childhood home on Marco in 2013. Coming back felt like coming full circle.
Marco Island is truly a magical place. It was an incredible place to grow up, and it is even more special to enjoy as an adult. I love sharing that experience with visitors and helping them discover the beauty, charm, and lifestyle that make this island so unique.
I stay actively involved in the community by volunteering with the museum, local cat shelter, art center, and women’s clubs, and I also served as an elected member of the city council.
Hosting allows me to welcome guests not just to a vacation home, but to my favorite place on earth. Many guests return again and again, and many become lifelong friends and neighbors.

What I love most about this Marco Island neighborhood is how perfectly it captures the relaxed island lifestyle. You are just a short walk to the beach, where mornings start with coffee by the pool and evenings end with incredible sunsets over the glistening Gulf and white sand. Being close to the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort means easy access to great restaurants, spa days, and beachfront cocktails, while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of a quiet residential street.
Shopping, casual and fine dining, ice cream and local favorites are all nearby within a 15 minute walk or bike rise, so you can park the car in the garage and truly settle into vacation mode. I love that this area feels peaceful and tucked away, yet everything you need is within minutes. It is one of the best spots on the island for enjoying both convenience and that special laid-back Marco Island charm.

One of the most unique features of this home is the third bedroom loft, tucked at the top of a charming spiral staircase. This upstairs retreat offers a super-comfortable king bed, plus two convertible couches that create a cozy sitting area by day and transform into two twin beds at night, making it perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. A projector with Roku and streaming apps turns the loft into a fun private theater room for movie nights after the beach.
Each of the three full bathrooms includes a walk-in shower and a bidet on every toilet, along with thoughtful extras to make your stay feel effortless and comfortable.
The outdoor spaces are just as special. The property is beautifully landscaped with drought-resistant succulents and Florida-friendly native plants for a true tropical feel. Instead of grass, the yard features loose Chattahoochee stone, which helps keep the property clean and practical for beach living. Being so close to the beach means easy access to the sand and surf, but thanks to the outdoor hot and cold shower, guests can rinse off before coming inside and leave the grit where it belongs.
From the wraparound heated pool to the charming Key West style design, this home is full of character and thoughtful details. Guests often tell us the same thing after arrival: “It’s even better than the photos!”
