Leeward Cove Cottage est une propriété de deux étages au premier étage au bord de l'eau qui est un endroit idéal pour une escapade pour le week-end ou pour quelques mois! Ce petit complexe mais convivial a tout pour plaire. Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la plage, mais vous avez également un excellent quai pour pêcher et des glissades de bateaux disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier utilisé. Il y a aussi une piscine qui est juste de la bonne taille pour ce complexe qui est un véritable joyau caché sur notre île.

INTÉRIEUR
L'unité elle-même dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée et les serviettes et les draps sont fournis. Des équipements modernes tels qu'un lecteur DVD Blu-ray et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite sont également disponibles. En bas se trouve le salon et la salle à manger de la cuisine ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Les deux chambres sont situées à l'étage et partagent une demi-salle de bain. Une chambre a un nouveau lit king size confortable et l'autre est meublée avec un lit queen size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size pour deux personnes supplémentaires.
Il est également livré avec des mises à jour modernes telles que des prises de chargement USB dans les chambres et le bar de la cuisine et des Smart TV avec Roku et un accès à HULU, Netflix, Amazon, etc.

We love the overall location of this property with the bay in back and very close to the beach. The family enjoyed the dock on the backside for fishing and use of the outdoor grills for cooking meals. Only complaint I have was the bed was uncomfortable.

Recommend this cottage. Great location.

Enjoyed our stay in this cottage. We got enjoy fishing on the pier at night and the beach during the day. This cottage is just a few minutes drive to the beach. Great location and will definitely go back!

The décor is very cute and the condo clean. Great having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I highly recommend this condo for a family of four or less. Check-in and out was so easy. I would say the most convenient I have encountered over all the years we have been vacationing around Padre.

Had an old mildew smell. Someone before had been smoking in unit so wasnt a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend people to read reviews before booking. Place was definitely not worth the price

Great little place on a canal near the beach

This is a double row of condos with a pool in between and a dock on the canal at the end. The bedrooms are upstairs with kitchen/living room area downstairs. Shower/bath is downstairs as well. It is pretty close to the Michael J. Ellis beach--close enough for me to walk the dogs there in the mornings. It had everything we needed and the management is incredibly responsive and helpful. It is billed as pet friendly, but just be aware that any HOA rules that apply to pets are strictly enforced. You can also contact the management for other pet friendly properties.

Reviewer Comments: Check-in/check-out was easy breezy, property was clean and just as described, dog area was tiny, mattresses were very firm, a convenient short drive to beaches and restaurants, view of sunsets off the docks was beautiful, catch and release fishing was plentiful enough for the kids with proper bait (we used dead shrimp with much success but *again*we weren’t fishing for whoppers or anything, just fun for the kids), other comments about the “local” residents had us cautious but we kept to ourselves and were respectful and cleaned up after our dogs without letting them bark and we had no trouble with the residents. Overall, this was an excellent experience and would recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying at this complex and we all ways love it. This year was a little different. The people that live in the other units at this location seemed to be bothered. They made it very clear they didn't want the vacation stays there. There is 4 units that had permanents residents, and they made it very clear that we were not welcomed. Other than that we love the locations and amenities of this stay but unfortunately we will not return.
