Magnificent

Our stay at the property was outstanding from start to finish. Sven was there to greet us and was extremely helpful and Doris was delightful to see us off at the end. The views are impressive and the photos do not do it justice. The standard of cleanliness was impeccable and the beds super comfortable. The pool was a godsend in the heat and the we were able to unwind and relax in stunning surroundings. Overall, we thoroughly recommend this apartment having enjoyed a splendid holiday. Many thanks Naomi & Claire

Overall, nice place. Large spaces, great view, good communication with host who lives below. It’s all about the view, because the property lacks character or style being devoid of decor save one large print on kitchen wall and a fake cherry tree in living room. The bathrooms are very old with mold stained tiles and the cheapest of cheap body products, so bring your own. The second bedroom has NO shelves, closet or place to put clothes, you have to walk across the entire villa to the spare room that has a closet. This is not a “pool”, more like a large bathtub, with no circulating water or filtration, just a chlorine dispenser. There is an oven, but no oven mitts. You will have to pick up paper towels and/or napkins if you want to eat there. Plenty of parking but tight and difficult to turn around. Walking to the beach would not really be an option. Not trying to be mean, but we all rely on reviews to make our choices and I do not feel this was property was worthy of the almost FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS we spent to stay for one week. The views were stunning, but every place we have stayed in Ibiza had stunning views.

Dear D…. 😊 Thank you very much for you kind review. 1. style : This is called minimalist style. 99,9 % of our guests love it. Did you not look at our fotos in VRBO before booking us? 2. Cherry tree : I am sorry that we could not bring a real cherry tree into the living room. 3. Mold : The bathrooms were renovated 2 years ago.The tiles on the floor are non slip that is why they are not shiny. You write how clean everything was when you arrived. YES OF COURSE . But our beloved guests do not always ventilate the bathrooms. Summer heat plus moisture bring mold within 2 to 3 days. Of course we clean it 100% after our guests leave. 4. Pool : You can see the dimentions very well on our fotos in VRBO. And YES the water is filtered and always sparkely clean. 5. Napkins : We are not a hotel !!! We just rent the IBIZA BELLA VISTA . By spanish law we are not allowed to provid guests with any shopping items. 6. Street : Our street is a cul-de-sac. Which is great because we have ZERO traffic noise. No guest ever mentioned car turning problems. So improve you driving skills …one in … one out… and you have turned your car around. 7. Distances : In VRBO we give all the distances of general interest. May be you read the next time all the info we give before you book. 8. View : I live for over 50 years now in Ibiza. I have seen every beach and sea view. There is by far no better view than you have from the breakfast table and every room from the IBIZA BELLA VISTA. 99,9 % of our guests review us with 5 Stars and write how beautiful everything is. Check aswell with other world famous internet rental agencies. So honestly … I believe it might have something to do with your view of things. Buddha and Christ taught us that false testimony brings bad kama. So….🧘🏼 Cheer up be positiv !!! We will be very happy to see you again. LOVE & PEACE

Was it all a dream ?

We are just back home from a lovely weekend in Ibiza.Leaving the big city stress behind we could relax for 2 days in the cocoon of the Buena Vista. We booked friday in the late afternoon.Saturday in the early morning everything was set.The owner received us at the Ibiza airport already with the keys of our rental car.15 minutes later we arrived at the Buena Vista with the fridge already well filled for the weekend. This appartement and specialy the view is the closest thing to heaven I have seen so far.We were just sitting and enjoying the view with great music from the internet. Our dinner we had under the magic light of the fullmoon shining over the sea...... Sunday morning breakfast in bed with this amazing view.Afterwards a movi from iTunes.By the way the beds are highly addictive.A dream view and a mattress made in Paradise.I do not know what they were made of but I never slept on something similar relaxing before. We did not leave the house until our departure on monday morning. Now as I am writing this in my cold and rainy hometown it seems all like a dream. Dear S.(the owner) please let me thank you this way for your perfect service.

Fabulous place to stay!

We loved this apartment. Incredibly spacious for a family of 4 and super clean. Sven was very helpful and we found the location beautiful. Recommend you get a car if you don't want to rely on taxis and want to explore Ibiza. Walking distance to Destino and down to the water for swims. Cap Martinet is a gorgeous neighbourhood and the view from the balcony with the pool couldn't be better. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Also....
