Beach Pine House

Cette maison de plage exquise a 4 chambres et trois salles de bains, 2200 pieds carrés de confort et de luxe. À quelques pas de la célèbre plage de Cape Kiwanda et des restaurants, vous ne voudrez peut-être pas quitter la maison avec sa cuisine bien équipée, sa cheminée à gaz, ses téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, sa télévision par câble dans chaque maison, mobilier confortable avec couvertures, jeux, casse-tête et livres. Notre table à manger spacieuse peut accueillir 8 personnes et 2 personnes au bar. Beaucoup de place pour toute la famille à dîner ensemble. Les chambres ont des lits confortables avec des draps de luxe et des vues fantastiques à partir du 2ème étage. Beaucoup de serviettes pour chaque personne, un chauffe-eau à la demande pour que vous ne manquiez jamais d'eau chaude. Nouvelle grande laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal, avec savon à lessive fourni. Jeu de fléchettes et table de hockey en taille réelle dans le garage. La facette extérieure d’eau chaude et froide pour laver ces pieds sablonneux. Spa, fers à cheval Barbecue à gaz et foyer dans une cour entièrement clôturée. . À 3 pâtés de maisons du parc national de Cape Kiwanda où vous pouvez regarder les surfeurs, grimper puis descendre la dune de sable monstre, prendre des photos inoubliables ou simplement vous promener tranquillement le long de la plage. Parfait pour les familles ou pour les adultes.

Close walk to the Pelican and the beach

This house was a great home base for our 4th of July weekend. We were able to walk to all of our favorite places and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. We would love to stay here again!

At first glance this house looks clean, but beneath was quite dirty. The reason for this might be that they only give you 3 dishwasher and laundry pods for a full week and few containers for storage. Think about that for a second before you rent from this property - they actually disincentivize people to clean both towels, laundry and dishes. We noticed many of the plates and silverware had an odd smell when we arrived. There was nothing on them, but unusual . . . At one point the the tv remote fell underneath the couch and when we moved it to get the remote a giant plume of dust/grime came out. What they had in the house was odd as well. They had multiple cigar cutters (but no smoking?) and yet the can opener didn't work. We don't think this experience is a reflection of the cleaners rather the property management company and their practices. Its a disappointment as we used to be quite happy with their service but they seem to be really focused on nickel and diming more than service quality.

You had every right to expect a clean home and I can assure you our housekeeping team is taking your concerns seriously. They will deep clean your areas of concern as well as reinforce with their team that those areas should not be missed in future cleans. Our housekeeping did just install new soap supply kits that now include more of everything. We certainly don't want our guests to worry about running out during their stay. Thank you again for your helpful feedback! We will use it to improve.

Nice quiet coastal home

The house was big enough for more than 8 guests the hot tub was just what we needed to unwind after the week and the hail storm made it even better💕 Quiet with plenty of privacy!

Overall this home was satisfactory for most of our needs. When we arrived unfortunately a carbon dioxide alarm was going off but they did come and fix it. Our biggest disappointment was the hot tub being broken as this was a huge factor in us booking this stay.

Wonderful house, wonderful location

We couldn't be more pleased with this property. The house is very well built and beautiful, and just a short walk to the beach, marketplace, and food. We made use of the hot tub, firepit, and gas grill. It was perfect!

Fishing trip

Friends fishing trip to PC, house was big and well laid out. Parking was a bit tight but the team with Meredith lodging really worked to help us resolve it. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
