Loved the location! The home has a neat history. The “family growth chart” beginning with 1931 was so cool! We loved being there!

Great Place for a Family Get Together

Beautiful location on the Pacific Coast

Was only able to stay for the weekend but this property has a great location. Right off the promenade, walking distance to shops and restaurants. And wont find a more beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Foggy windows looking at ocean out of 4 only 2 visible, broken cooktop the management company told us to go ahead and use it was shattered. They had ordered new cooktop 2 1/2 weeks early but didn't tell us. It was safety hazard several text telling us to use it anyway until we sent on line instruction it could implode. Brought us a hotplate, no way to cook for 6 people. They did tell us about upstairs bathroom sink not working. If you used the rest room upstairs had to wash downstairs to sanitize hands. Would not try to find us another home. We found another home and left. They still kept 502 dollars I wouldn't recommend this place. Management company was Meredith Lodging would not use them they do not take responsibility and knew the issues on windows fogged and cooktop. Tried to strong arm us into staying. Meredith Lodging either represents the owner terribly or owner knew and didn't want to disclosure false ad. I see the home still shows 4 window crystal clear. We made it a great trip despite the scam. Have a great day.

We’re so sorry again for the condition of the cooktop, the windows and the bathroom sink and how that affected your experience. The cooktop has since been replaced and the sink is scheduled to be replaced very soon. We will speak to the homeowner about replacing the windows, as well. Great location!

Loved the location, right on the beach and within walking distance of many food/coffee places! Good layout for a beach house, clean bathrooms and beds. Quick replies from owner when/if needed! Had a wonderful time at this property!

This home was everything we hoped that it would be! A great location that's steps from the beach, walkable to downtown Seaside (about 15 minutes), and on a quiet street. It's very much a beach home that has great charm. It has everything that you need and is a wonderful place to stay for families. One thing to note for mobile impaired individuals, there is only one shower (on the first floor).

Nice house with all the amenities. Host/managing company was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to get the shower to work.
