Notre propriété est sur une île de barrière le long de la côte est de la Floride, à environ 3 miles au nord de Vero Beach, dans l'un des mieux notés, les gated communities aux Etats-Unis. Parc paysager. Idéalement situé à notre propriété est une cour de jardin tropical meublé avec une piscine chauffée. Il ya aussi 2 terrasses meublées Oceanside à prendre dans les images, les sons et l'air marin, situé directement au-dessus de la plage. Il ya des miles de plage privée à explorer, avec très peu de circulation des piétons à traiter.

Our 3rd year here and it was splendid. Ocean view from the side terrace, a short walk down steps to the beach, and a beautiful ocean deck. There is a heated pool, too. Anytime we have had a question or concern over the last 3 years, the property manager has been quick to reply.

Plenty of space for two people. Great directions from host on how to get into (gated) property & to the unit. You will need a car. It’s about a ten minute drive to Vero Beach for food/shopping. Beautiful view of ocean. There is an event space next door. We enjoyed a live band at a wedding one Saturday night right from our balcony! Pool & beach are steps away with lots of chairs always available.

Great property

Loved waking up to seeing from the lanai the pink sky over the ocean as the sun rose. We are beach people and this property is right on the beach. Unit is just right for two people.

Paradise Found!

After vacationing for 17 years in the Vero Beach area we found paradise! A spacious studio in a wonderful location with a terrace on which to sit to enjoy the ocean view. A small but incredibly functional kitchen. All of this supported by a very responsive property manager, as well as the owner of the unit. And a wood-carved sea turtle mascot to keep us company!

Paradise Revisited!

This is the 2nd year that my husband and I stayed in “paradise.” In 2024, we stayed for 3 weeks and knew we must come back. And so we did - this time for the month of March. We know Vero Beach well, as this has been our mid- winter vacation spot for 17 years. And we were so happy to have found this spot. Beautiful ocean, nice heated pool, quiet, and close to The Jungle Trail along the Indian River where we like to run. The condo suits our needs as we like to cook our meals and the small kitchen is perfect for us. And the ocean view from the terrace is our spot for morning coffee and a drink later in the day. A few minor issues arose this year and all were handled promptly and appropriately by the condo owner and property manager

Renter Beware

I must take some blame because there weren’t many pictures, which should’ve raised a red flag for me. The good parts were the overall property and the neighborhood. Disappointing parts were the dated furniture, the couch had an unpleasant odor, there weren’t nearly enough towels/washcloths, and two single beds were pushed together instead of having a queen or king sized one. Also, there was a halfway-used bar of soap in the bathroom which was frankly offensive. There is no way I would ever rent from this person again and I feel ripped off on the whole.

The last 5 reviews from guests are all 5 star. Yes the bed can configure into a king upon request from 2 twins, with a king matress pad fit to complete this. Most times it is configured to king unless requested to separate. Furniture is definitely a personal choice, but never been offensive to anyone else. A partial bar of soap in the bathroom- it will be brought up with our cleaning company and directly with our person. Apologies for that. our property is an oceanfront condo association, very few people rent their units, and should not be considered as a 'motel'. Towels- the cleaning crew reports 10 towels in the unit! Sorry the guest felt disappointed. The unit is priced extemely fair, even half the cost of the local big name chain Inns.

Peaceful Solitude

This property is everything you want in a beach vacation. I enjoyed the ocean view from the porch. The pool area is exceptional. The owner was very understanding as I had to leave early due to the Coronavirus and being able to get a flight home. This property will be my new yearly vacation.

March at the beach

Very comfortable, nice view of the ocean from the balcony, location ideal for easy beach access and beach walks, swimming pool located in courtyard so is protected from the wind, 15 minute drive to downtown Vero restaurants.

Perfect spot to relax

The room is right next to a pool, which we basically had to ourselves, and the beach is right around the corner. The balcony has a great view as well. There are great restaurants a short uber away. Easy 5 stars.

Perfect location!

A well maintained building and grounds. The ocean and beach are among the finest Florida has to offer! It is only a short drive to all the amenities of Vero Beach. Ther are factory outlets, great public golf courses, cinemas and numerous restaurants only minutes away. Always enjoyable to return to the quiet enjoyment our oceanfront property offers us.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The heated pool, ocean decks, garden courtyard and amazing beach are unique benefits.
Sea turtles nest in the dune grasses on our beach every year. You can hike for miles in either direction on the beach. You can sit out on the ocean deck and relax. I have beautiful views from my second floor, covered balcony looking north east up the ocean and coast.
