Seascape getaway

Nice property, great location

Had a great week with our teenage kids. We had another family staying in a unit they booked through the resort. Spent afternoons at the pool or beach and had the ability of cooking all our meals. Only ate out once, having ordered pizza from Village Host! So much fun
 would love to snap up this unit for the same time next year.

Great Place

Stayed here this past weekend. Walked in and it was very clean and everything was in great condition. There are flat screen TV's and a decent stereo system. There are even some DVD's. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is an electric grill on the patio and it actually BBQ'd very well. The location is perfect, with a very short walking distance to pool. The view is GREAT!! It overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean as well. We were able to watch the sunset from the living room. All in all I would highly recommend this place and Ling the owner is very nice as well.

Not as expected

When we arrived and were unpacking, we were greeted with a pile of dirty laundry. It looked as if they stripped the linens from the previous guest and gathered them in a pile, which they shoved in a closet. It was nasty. The condo had cracked outlets with pieces missing on the main floor. The place was otherwise ok. It’s close to the beach but quite a drive to Capitola and Santa Cruz. The add on fees a a bit of a bait and switch- they were more than the rental. I really felt we could have done much better for the cost, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Weekend in Aptos

The owner was very helpful to me during a difficult time. In my rush to pack when departing I missed packing some very memorable belongings. They reached out to me and made arrangements for my son who was in the area to pick up my belongings. I was so grateful for their help. The condo was very lovely and I highly recommend staying here.

Great for Family Vacation

Wonderful place for multi-generations to gather! We took advantage of the pool and playground for the kids. Sunset views were amazing. We hadn't realized that the beach was a bit of a walk to reach, but you can get a ride from the resort there and back on one of their golf-cart like buggies. There is a phone at the beach to call from for a ride back up to the unit. This was a highlight for the under 5 set.

Perfect location

We have stayed several times at Seascape. This is the first time we rented a unit through VRBO. We usually rent from the resort. The owner was wonderful to work with and any questions we asked she always got back to us within minutes. The unit was in a ideal location. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay at Seascape

This was a great place to stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. The resort is wonderful with a pool, hot tub, restaurant, gorgeous views and the beach. Ling was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and convenient

This property was very clean and conveniently located! It is right next to the south swimming pool. The unit is at the end so it was nice. Parking was very easy. It is also a few steps from the playground if you have kids. It was just a few minutes walk down to the beach, the trek up is quite an incline but it seems the resort does have a golfcart service. The view was beautiful, we will definitely return!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a second home for our family as we really like the beach resort setting. We plan to move here permanently when we retire. We like the privacy of this unit with no neighbors above or below. As an end unit, there is only a neighbor on the left side, leaving the other side with plenty of windows to let in natural light and to catch the lovely ocean breeze.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the best floor plans in the resort. There are 2 large master suites with king size beds. One master suite with balcony overlooking the pool and the deep blue ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen (remodeled in March 2018 with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new cabinets) to cook up a storm if you choose not to dine at the wonderful sanderlings restaurant. Washer, dryer in unit. Daily housekeeping option is available at additional cost.
