This place is precious! Cozy and chic. I felt safe with the keypad entry gate and door locks. I had everything I needed. Bed is comfortable as is the couch for relaxing. The location is ideal to access all the best parts of Memphis. I would stay here again for sure.

Pictures can be deceiving

This place is super tiny...having 3 people in there is pushing it. The couch is considered a bed, but not a comfortable one. The clothes dryer didn’t dry. And we were there during a cold snap. Could not maintain a warm temp in the house because of the draftiness. You could literally see outside through the cracks around the door frame. However we did feel safe, people were friendly, and there were no bugs.

Great Location but Needs to better clean the apartments!

It is in a great location and made me feel secure however the apartment needs a better cleaning service or a deep cleaning. There were strains of hair on the couch and on both throws. The floor had not been swept, dust/dirt on base boards. Remote fell between couch and o my God it needed a deep cleaning under there. When sitting on the couch I was itching now I know why. Fridge was cleaned out however was not wiped out. Table had not been cleaned off at all. Season in the cabinet that was over 2 yrs. old. Unable to open dryer door due to no handle. Nice location, nice apartment however needs to be cleaned better than it has been in the past so that things aren't flying around and itching your guest when sitting on the couch.
