We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than we realized. And the road construction outside our unit was inconvienient

Check in/out was smooth. The staff were friendly and handled all of our requests. We had issues with wasps on the lanai that took a couple days to remove the nests. This was frustrating. The condo is on the corner of 2 busy streets, and it was under construction, so the noise was frustrating as well. The condo was fine, no big bells and whistles. I was expecting more for the price but all in all we had a great time.

The condo was clean, check in and out was easy. Access to the athletic club was a good perk, especially the check out day passes as it gave us a “Homebase” between the 10am check out of the VRBO and our 9pm flight home. Grills at the pool were nice. The walk to the ocean from this unit is about .4 miles to Brennecke’s beach (boogie boarding) and .5 to Poipu Beach (snorkeling, turtles and sometimes monk seals). Loved that this unit came with beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards! We used the 2 smaller pools as they were closer to access than the larger pool near the check in office.

Excellent! Beautiful accommodations and in easy access to surrounding sites and beaches and the turtles at Poipu Beach. Liked having 4 bedrooms and a large lanai.

Great group spot for a vacation

A group of 8 of us stayed here, and it was wonderful. Good living room, well-supplied kitchen for cooking some meals, and comfy beds. It was great to have access to the pool. One bedroom is a walk-through to another bedroom (upstairs), just a note.

Great condo in an awesome location

Very comfortable condo in a beautiful complex. Less than 10 min walk from Shipwreck Beach, and less than 15 min from Poipu beach. We saw turtles and seals every day! Close to restaurants and shopping. Management was very responsive to small requests we had, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great area

Great place, plenty of space for 2 families of 4. Clean, well equipped and ideally located to visit Kauai. Can easily walk to Poipu Beach. The only negative item for us was that during our one week stay the washer and drier were out of order. We could call reception to have of clothes washed but it requires more organization with kids, and we could not dry beach towels…

Great place! Lots of pools and clean!

There were only two things to consider but outside of those the place was nice and the staff was excellent. I had to buy all the little things you need to cook. Its really nice when a vrbo has some seasonings and coffee filters and other items like that. This place had none of the above and we had to buy everything. I'm sure this is covid related or something along those lines but its very inconvenient and expensive. The other thing is that our unit was a good long walk from the parking. This is fine except when your carrying a lot of beach gear or groceries. We loved the pools being close by and the walks to beaches. Absolutely lovely with only a couple inconveniences. The staff was amazing and they jumped on any requests!

The condo was great. Worked well for the 7 of us. We didn’t realize it was right on the main road, which wouldn’t have been an issue except there was road construction and lots of backed up traffic. We would stay there again minus the construction.

Enjoyable and spacious Poipu condo

Condo was very spacious for our group of 7. Condo was clean and well stocked. Everyone I communicated with from rental company was friendly and helpful. Access to Poipu Athletic Club was a perk!

Perfect spot in paradise

The condo was nicely furnished and updated. Checkin and checkout was easy. The location was quiet and accessible to three pools and the beach with a membership to another beach club. Suite Paradise , the management company was easily contacted and responsive.

Regency at Poipu

Everything was great with the place. Only thing we were a little disappointed with was the description of the 4 rooms. The one with the 2 kids beds was not actually a bedroom, but was the upstairs loft outside of another bedroom.

We had a great stay

We booked this property with my daughter son-in-law and our two grandsons. The properly is perfectly located within the complex has four great bedrooms and is within walking distance of 2 pools and the ocean.

Nice place

Twin mattresses and bed in top bedroom need to be replaced.....miserable sleep. AC was programmed for nights only. the home was perfect for our family reunion and would recommend if mattresses are replaced

Aloha Karen, Mahalo for your feedback , we appreciate the remarks regarding the twin mattress, we wish you told us the first day you found out because we will change them for you so you be more comfortable, our maintenance team got new ones this morning, our goal is to provide the best accommodation for our guests . Regarding the central AC is set day and night at 75 degrees, we always can change the temperature upon guests requests specially this time of the year the average temperature on Kauai is 74 degrees . May 2017 Stay

Regency 921 met almost all of our expectations except for a couple issues. First the property is very nice and extremely comfortable except the two queen beds. They were bearable but not overly comfortable. There was plenty of beach equipment and children's beach toys! We even added a few items. The kitchen was well appointed; however I like to cook and the knives were in need of a severe sharpening. Bought a sharpener at Walmart and that solved the issue. The only real negative was the breakdown of the AC. We rented the unit specifically for the AC since we were traveling with elderly grandparents who need the AC. Needless to say this made it very uncomfortable to sleep for many nights. This was due to the lack of trade winds during the middle and end of our trip. We were there for three weeks. Suite Paradise and the owner did compensate us which was agreeable but I would have rather had AC. Suite Paradise is a great outfit and would stay at any of their properties again!
