Si vous aimez le charme rustique combinĂ© aux Ă©quipements modernes, vous allez adorer cet endroit. Le 107 Conch est situĂ© en face de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique, Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© est calme de Holden Beach. Cette jolie maison de plage a une «salle Carolina» sur le salon principal pour lire ou se dĂ©tendre ou jouer Ă  des jeux. Il y a une douche extĂ©rieure pleine grandeur autour du dos pour vous rincer aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e sur la plage. La chambre principale est situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une baignoire et une douche. Les deux autres chambres sont Ă  l'Ă©tage, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain / douche. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse Ă  l'Ă©tage qui offre une vue imprenable. SĂšche-cheveux dans toutes les salles de bain. Nouvelles fenĂȘtres janvier 2017. Nouveau dosseret de cuisine avec des accents de coquille de mer personnalisĂ©s. Toiture neuve janvier 2016. Nouvelle tache sur les ponts juin 2017. Nouveau gril Ă  gaz. Micro-ondes et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur neufs en 2016. PoĂȘle et plans de travail dans la cuisine en 2012. Nouveaux sols stratifiĂ©s en bois en janvier 2012. Maison pratiquement rĂ©novĂ©e ces derniĂšres annĂ©es. Superbes vues sur l'ocĂ©an depuis les ponts avant et arriĂšre de la maison et toutes les piĂšces de la maison, sauf une chambre. À quelques pas de la voie navigable Intercoastal pour la navigation de plaisance et la pĂȘche. À 150 pas de l'allĂ©e d'accĂšs Ă  la plage, il faut 2 minutes Ă  pied.

SituĂ©e Ă  mi-chemin entre Wilmington et Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach mesure prĂšs de 18 km de long et offre des plages de sable blanc isolĂ©es le long de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique, l'Ăźle est un endroit parfait pour les amateurs de plage et les joggeurs. Holden Beach a la rĂ©putation d'ĂȘtre une destination de vacances tranquille et familiale avec trĂšs peu de dĂ©veloppement commercial. Le magazine National Geographic Traveler a classĂ© Holden Beach parmi les meilleures plages familiales du pays. L'Ăźle a une limite de hauteur de 35 pieds pour les bĂątiments, et la plupart des propriĂ©tĂ©s commerciales se trouvent du cĂŽtĂ© continent de la voie navigable Intracoastal.

This house was more than expected. Everything was perfect. The living space was very large as well as the bedrooms. The kitchen was perfect. We didn't use the upstairs but it would be perfect for more guests. The outside decks were very nice and spacious with comfortable furniture. We have absolutely NO complaints about anything. I can't wait to do it again.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this lovely house right off of Holden Beach. The listing was accurate, host communicated effectively and was very willing to work with us given our young age, property was beautiful and in great condition, and we would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Carol’s Beach House

We had a great vacation at Carol’s house. Enjoyed the three decks. We had our coffee on one watching the sunrise. Then later, on the back deck watching a beautiful sunset. Liked having enough parking so our family from Sunset Beach could visit during the day. Enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and the bridge. Carol was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had.Will definitely rent again.

Love the ocean view

Even though this cottage is not on the strand you can easily see the ocean from multiple directions upstairs and down. Easy access to the beach. Very clean and the host was very helpful. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. Relaxing and rejuvenating place to stay.

Fantastic beach trip

This was the perfect house for my family of 6. House had everything we needed for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and Carol was a great host. She quickly responded to my questions and requests. The location was great also.

Cute beach cottage

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very nice having bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting it again.

Lovely house and awesome location
 with ocean views

We loved our stay here
 we have young children so the trek to the beach was super easy and a short distance. The upstairs deck had the best views and was so nice to sit up there and enjoy. The house is stocked nicely and comfortable.We will be back soon! The owner communicated very well.

Superb place to vacation on Holden Beach!

This house is close to the beach; each room is in top notch condition. We have stayed at other properties in New England. This property was better maintained, with every appliance, and well furnished rooms to enjoy. There are bikes, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, 2 zones of air conditioning, a dishwasher, a gas grill, ceiling fans, a washing machine and dryer, a well stocked kitchen, and several TVs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed eating in the sun room (which has several ceiling fans), sitting on the front porch, and relaxing on the deck. Highly recommend this beach house.

Great front porch!

Close to beach access, cute property. Had an issue with the reservation; the property owner canceled our reservation one week prior to arrival-what a mess! Was able to get re-booked, though, but not without many hours on the phone. A hot tub was advertised-there wasn’t one!!! A grill was advertised-there wasn’t one of those either! One trash can liner was provided-it was way too small for the can size! Found a few large cockroaches-at least they were dead, but that can be expected at the beach; not welcome, but not a shock. All-in-all, had a nice stay.

Great location and Clean

This was only our second time going to Holden Beach and my husband and I went for a long weekend. I am one of those people that will be up early to go see sunrises, and this house was in a great location for not only sunrises, but sunsets as well. Close access to the beach which for us was great. Watching the deer in the evening was also a plus. Also, my husband knows me as well when it comes to cleanliness and this house met my expectations! 😊 The only thing that I could say would be that the two recliners that are side-by-side could use a cleaning since they clearly get used a lot, but we just covered with a sheet. I still would give this house a 5 star, and would highly recommend!!

Just okay

This house is okay for the off season price. The layout of the house is strange. You can't take a hot shower without adjusting the setting 40 times. One shower was dirty. There are breakable decorations in the worst places. The outside lights don't always work. The items pictured in the garage are not for use. The beds are not comfortable. On the up side, the views are beautiful. The outdoor porch furniture is great. The kitchen is fully stocked. The owner is accommodating. There are plenty of extra blankets. The sunroom is great for gaming. Overall this house was okay. Not the best but certainly not the worst.

Lovely home

Pros: First and foremost, Carol, the owner, responds quickly and offers assistance if a problem arises. The house is well-built and tastefully decorated. My daughter, two dear friends, and I stayed four nights. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an abundance of hot water. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The view from the top deck is awesome! Cons: The owner offers NO REFUNDS so be 100% sure before you book. The steps are steep if you have knee or back problems. The pots need to be replaced because the nonstick coating is peeling off, but we were able to cook in them. The plastic bowls must be discarded and replaced, and the kitchen towels/cloths are worn, but we were able to use them. The kitchen needs to be reorganized. The televisions have cable, but there are no smart televisions, only DVD players. The televisions in the bedrooms are old, but they do have cable. The beach chairs in the garage must be discarded because they are old and rusted, so bring your own. The living room couch it is worn out and extremely uncomfortable. We had to bring out bed pillows to sit on. The loveseat is made of cloth and should be replaced or have washable covers. The two bedrooms upstairs have small showers only. One bedroom bath has a pedestal sink and the other a regular vanity. The house was clean but not super clean. I would suggest a good spring cleaning. We would return because the house is nice but, in the areas, mentioned, it needs updating. Again, the cons would not stop us from going back.

If you’re thinking about booking this house do it!

This house was amazing! Clean, beautiful and so convenient to the beach. Like literally across the street! Contact with the owner was flawless and check in was a breeze. Our family loved the stay here and I have no negative things to say at all. We will definitely be booking this house every year! I cannot rave enough about how much we loved this house! Family Holiday

Our whole family enjoyed this home. It was in a great location being able to see the beach from all decks and the short walk to get there. The weather was perfect for our week stay. We are already looking forward to when we can return to our favorite beach and stay in this beautiful home that had everything we needed.

My husband and I have a home on the mainland but wanted a piece of the pie. After looking at this home at LEAST 20 something times we finally made the move to purchase the home. It's everything we wanted. Well maintained and extra clean. Most important comfortable.

I have been visiting Holden Beach as far back as I can remember. My family always visited the east end because of the quietness. This home makes you feel safe walking, jogging or riding bikes. Holden Beach is located comfortably in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

To be able to sit on the front porch and drink coffee while the sun rises or the top back deck or lower back deck and watch the sunset with your favorite drink. You have ocean views from practically all angles of the house. You hear the waves clap against the sand or the buoy out at sea. The moon light shinning on the water is also visible and amazing! Short walk to the bridge and the marina. All for an affordable price.
