Vous cherchez une maison de vacances en famille amusante avec le surf et le sable à votre porte? Alors ce magnifique duplex OCEANFRONT est fait pour vous! Ceci est un duplex haut / bas récemment rénové permettant la commodité préférée d'un niveau de vie, avec cette unité de haut niveau ayant 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Louez cette unité, ou pour la grande réunion de famille parfaite, combinez cette unité avec notre autre unité inférieure, liste VRBO # 474865, pour un total de 8 CHAMBRES.

Il y a cinq téléviseurs et une connexion Wi-Fi de 50 Mbps! Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec service de cùble premium et d'un lecteur DVD (Blu Ray). Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat diffusant Netflix. Les enfants et les adolescents apprécieront la configuration de la chambre avec lits superposés / futons, surtout lorsqu'ils peuvent se retirer dans leur propre chambre qui dispose également d'un lecteur DVD (Blue Ray). Assurez-vous de garder une des deux belles chambres face à l'océan pour vous.

Cette unitĂ© a une terrasse avant pleine longueur avec vue sur les marais et une terrasse arriĂšre pleine longueur en bord de mer, afin que vous puissiez profiter de tout ce que Holden Beach a Ă  offrir. Une promenade directement depuis votre pont arriĂšre vous emmĂšne au-dessus des dunes jusqu'au bord de l'ocĂ©an. The owner was there the day of check-in meeting a contractor to do upgrades and remodel work, so a freshen-up is definitely coming. But everything was adequate for our needs. Kitchen had everything we wanted. I hope the aging deck boards and pickets will be replaced during the remodel (and screws used rather than nails that have nail heads to pop up and back out). We would suggest swapping the heads of the king beds to the opposite walls in both beachside bedrooms so both sides of the bed could have a small night stand. Only other suggestion would possibly be a small hutch or pantry cabinet (furniture) inside the front door in kitchen area for food and renter kitchen storage. There was no area of segregation of their stuff/ours and no extra room for any groceries we brought that was very user friendly. I think a small free standing cabinet inside the door would be a perfect solution and a great add. But the Owners were GREAT. Very kind and easy to deal with. We loved our stay and the their beach house. It met our needs for sure!

SUNRISE-UP was the BEST

Wonderful vacation rental only steps to the beach and surf. Interior was nicely furnished and had everything a renter would need for comfort and entertainment. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all meal prep items and appliances. Two balconies provided wonderful views of the beach and surrounding areas. Over-flights by the daily pelican "train" was neat. We would recommend this rental to anyone - had a great vacation experience staying at this beach house. April 2025

Holden Sunrise

Our stay at Sunrise was so delightful. The property is very well maintained and appointed. Everything you could need in the kitchen and all in excellent condition. Some very nice touches from the welcome gifts to the automatic lights on the staircase.

Happy on Holden!

We had a girls week - just three of us and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Everything from the house, the accommodations, the beach and the surroundings were perfect. Robert and Ellen couldn’t have been any more accommodating and we enjoyed spending the week with them occupying the lower level. We can’t wait to go back!!

Holden Beach Heaven

Such a great cottage and it met all our expectations and more. We arrived to special treats as a welcome and found all the necessities of home. The decks were comfy and the rocking chairs welcoming. The beds were perfect and our downstairs neighbors were great! Great week and will go back

Lovely Beach House

Wonderful Home ~ Highly Recommend

Great views and seen dolphins daily. Home was clean and I was impressed! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and we cooked daily. Beds were high quality. Robert and his wife were a dream to deal with. We hope to return in the future. BOOK THIS NOW BEFORE ITS GONE!

WOW Location!

This WOW location gives you the ocean out your back door! The houses on this street have private access to the beach - no crowds - no setting up early to get a good spot - plenty of beach, sand, and TURTLES. We were located between two turtle nests and got to see two hatchlings rescued after they failed to exit the nest in the initial hatch. The two king size beds in this unit were very comfortable and each had a full bath it shared with an adjoining bedroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy with good water pressure. The furniture was comfortable without being fussy. The back deck was long and amazing with several large rocking chairs. There was a hose at the mid-point on the deck to wash off sand and benches to sit on with morning coffee. We had 6 people in our group but there was plenty of room for more. The only thing missing was a grill. We found a smoker but not quite what we were looking for. We highly recommend this rental.

Best Week of the Year!

Our family rents both units, and there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep and gather. We ate together, played games together, and had lots of beach time together. The tents went up on the beach first thing in the morning and were taken down late afternoon. A common comment was "Once I arrived, the only time I left the cottage was to go to the grocery store on my cook day." This was a true vacation for all.

Great location and amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at Robert's property. It was perfectly situated on the beach where we were able to enjoy time on the beach multiple times a day. The house itself was fully stocked with enough silverware to feed an army!

Great family house layout

The property is wonderful for a family getaway. The layout with a full bath between bedrooms is perfect. The house was reasonably quiet, and lots of available outdoor sitting.
