Vous cherchez une maison de vacances en famille amusante avec le surf et le sable à votre porte? Alors ce magnifique duplex OCEANFRONT est fait pour vous! Ceci est un duplex haut / bas récemment rénové permettant la commodité préférée d'un niveau de vie, avec cette unité de haut niveau ayant 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Louez cette unité, ou pour la grande réunion de famille parfaite, combinez cette unité avec notre autre unité inférieure, liste VRBO # 474865, pour un total de 8 CHAMBRES.

Il y a cinq téléviseurs et une connexion Wi-Fi de 50 Mbps! Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec service de câble premium et d'un lecteur DVD (Blu Ray). Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat diffusant Netflix. Les enfants et les adolescents apprécieront la configuration de la chambre avec lits superposés / futons, surtout lorsqu'ils peuvent se retirer dans leur propre chambre qui dispose également d'un lecteur DVD (Blue Ray). Assurez-vous de garder une des deux belles chambres face à l'océan pour vous.

Cette unité a une terrasse avant pleine longueur avec vue sur les marais et une terrasse arrière pleine longueur en bord de mer, afin que vous puissiez profiter de tout ce que Holden Beach a à offrir. Une promenade directement depuis votre pont arrière vous emmène au-dessus des dunes jusqu'au bord de l'océan. Vous pouvez également vous détendre dans l'espace commun au niveau du sol en plein air où vous trouverez des meubles en osier décontractés et un gril à charbon. PRENDRE PLAISIR!

Incredible, unobstructed view of Holden Beach! A few steps and you are on the sand. Home had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and great living room with seating for our entire family. Hope to return!

Lovely Beach House

This property was the nicest I have ever stayed in at Holden Beach! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. My family and I had a lovely vacation and hope to come back here again.

Great family house layout

The property is wonderful for a family getaway. The layout with a full bath between bedrooms is perfect. The house was reasonably quiet, and lots of available outdoor sitting.

The back deck is a great place to relax - I am glad you found the house reasonably quiet with lots of outdoor seating - the house really is in a great location, with no public access points nearby the population density on the beach is quite low, and there wasn’t even anyone in the lower unit during your visit – the off season is always a great time to visit. Our stay at Sunrise was so delightful. The property is very well maintained and appointed. Everything you could need in the kitchen and all in excellent condition. Some very nice touches from the welcome gifts to the automatic lights on the staircase.

We enjoyed our stay at Robert's property. It was perfectly situated on the beach where we were able to enjoy time on the beach multiple times a day. The house itself was fully stocked with enough silverware to feed an army!

Holden Beach Heaven

Such a great cottage and it met all our expectations and more. We arrived to special treats as a welcome and found all the necessities of home. The decks were comfy and the rocking chairs welcoming. The beds were perfect and our downstairs neighbors were great! Great week and will go back…can’t wait

Happy on Holden!

We had a girls week - just three of us and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Everything from the house, the accommodations, the beach and the surroundings were perfect. Robert and Ellen couldn’t have been any more accommodating and we enjoyed spending the week with them occupying the lower level. We can’t wait to go back!!

The location of this property is ideal for getting around at Holden Beach. Great experience because a turtle nest hatched right on the beach at the property. Convenient to get to the beach, lay out on the beach, and fish off the shore. We want to keep enjoying our vacation at this beach property!

Peace and Quiet

Beautiful view and the property owner was awesome to work with! Wine and crackers when we arrived. Property needs a few updates in kitchen which would definitely make it a 5 star property.

Thank you for your review, and also for your clarification of your comment about the property needing a few upgrades in the kitchen, of being a suggestion to upgraded cupboards and countertop. Our kitchen is quite well equipped with stainless steel appliances, many smaller appliances, dishware, cutlery, pots and pans …. so I am glad you were not referring to those items. Yes, we do not have granite countertops or fancy cupboards, however the pictures in the listing are representative of our property. I do like your suggestion of raising our prices to cover the cost of such a renovation 😊, however we really do try to provide a family friendly place that is affordable, and hopefully our pricing reflects that. I am so glad you enjoyed your time at our beach house, thank you once again, Robert

Beach Getaway

We had a great time at Holden Beach. Robert was very quick to respond to my questions. The place was clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing and being there in mid-September, it was quiet and relaxing. One suggestion I would make is to replace the current old charcoal grill with a gas grill.

I am so glad you had a great time. I understand your preference towards a gas grill - when we replace the grill every 2-3 years we try to decide between charcoal and gas, but find most of our guests prefer the big barrel type charcoal grill - so charcoal it is.

SUNRISE-UP was the BEST

Wonderful vacation rental only steps to the beach and surf. Interior was nicely furnished and had everything a renter would need for comfort and entertainment. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all meal prep items and appliances. Two balconies provided wonderful views of the beach and surrounding areas. Over-flights by the daily pelican "train" was neat. We would recommend this rental to anyone - had a great vacation experience staying at this beach house. April 2025
