Bienvenue à la maison de plage ‘Splash of Cran’! Notre maison nouvellement meublée, 2100 pieds carrés, plan d'étage ouvert vous attend pour faire vos souvenirs de l'été! Parfait pour les familles, les amis ou les couples avec son emplacement privilégié à l’est de rt1, dans un quartier calme et à seulement 0, 5 km de Moody Beach et à 0. 7 km de Ogunquit North Beach. Sortir dîner ou faire une pause à la plage? Faites une promenade de cinq minutes et prenez le tramway pour vous rendre au village d'Ogunquit, à Wells Beach ou au nord de Kennebunk.

Profitez de ce plan d'étage spacieux, lumineux et ouvert comprenant un salon avec un canapé en coupe, une télévision intelligente à écran plat de 55 'visible de tous les côtés, une cuisine complète avec tous les articles de cuisine et de repas dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un comptoir en granite dessus, et barre de petit déjeuner. La salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Le premier étage comprend également une suite principale avec un lit queen-size, une télévision intelligente à écran plat, un dressing et une salle de bain complète avec douche. Salle de lavage et demi-bain sont également situés au premier étage.

The best beach house!

Splash of Cran is our favorite vacation spot for the third year in a row. The house is perfect for all ages and short distance to the beach.

Short Family Trip to Wells

Beautiful and impeccably appointed house that was perfect for our quick family getaway to Wells! Completely updated house with all the amenities made for a great stay. We took advantage of the great location for easy access to the beach and made great use of the air hockey table in the basement. Nicole was very responsive when I had a question and I would highly recommend this property to others!

Perfect location for families with young children!

We had an amazing 2nd year at “Splash of Cran” with our family. We have 4 young children, 2 adults, and 2 seniors. Location, proximity to beaches, and restaurants was perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed and super clean. Thank you again!

Fantastic Return Visit

We returned to this home for the second time with our family of 4, and were joined by friends for one night. The property location can't be beat, with proximity to: beach, mini golf/go carts, restaurants, and so much more! The hosts were so quick to respond to a few questions and were so helpful. We were so pleased to enjoy the ping pong table and air hockey table (new from our last stay) with friends. We can't wait to return!

Excellent place for families with young kids

The house was beautiful. Beds very comfortable. They had so many items for the beach including chairs, tents, pails, umbrellas. Also lots of stuff for babies and young kids. It was really helpful to not have to bring a pack and or a stroller or a highchair. Being able to do laundry was great.

Great property, great neighborhood!

This was a great property! We had to rent linens, sheets and towels, which I didn’t notice when booking the property. Otherwise, the home was wonderful! Spacious and clean. The neighbors were very friendly and social. We had a great time!!!

Spacious and lovely home

We had a wonderful visit! My two best friends and I celebrated our birthdays together in this spacious and lovely home. There was more room than we needed for the 3 of us and I can imagine a larger family also greatly enjoying their stay. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable; the decor relaxing and pleasing. Great to have AC on a warm week and a washing machine/dryer. Highly recommend!!!

Despite losing half a day to wait for a plumber to fix a clogged toilet from prior renters, we enjoyed our stay and great location to the beach.Wish we weren’t left with a bad taste in our mouth from a petty 150 charge after leaving trash out for pick up and cleanly disposing of our remaining trash in black bags as outlined in the instructions.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and spacious home. Our family had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Very modern and cozy. Big bedrooms with a large master for our parents on the main floor. The teenagers loved the air Hockey and ping pong table in the basement. Beautiful neighborhood to walk. Route 1 was 2 min away to get to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

Our family of 7 had an awesome stay at Nicole's beach home! Large, clean, well-equipped, and great location. If you have young kids, this is a no-brainer. This home is off of the beaten path away from busy roads. It has so many toys, multiple strollers, a wagon, and tons more just for the kids. Open space concept with a massive kitchen and living room area. Will definitely be back!

Great house in a great area

We had a great long weekend stay at A Splash of Cran! The home was very clean, well-appointed and in a great area. The open floor plan in the main living areas allowed for all of us to be together whether someone was watching TV or making a snack in the kitchen. We spent our mornings walking on the beach and our afternoons exploring the nearby towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We also checked out the outlet areas in Kittery and Freeport. The prompt and responsive communication with one of the owners Nicole was great as well! I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend!

Our family of 7 road tripped from Boston to Bar Harbor. We had a 3 night stay along the way at this house. With the great location we used it as a home base with day trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and Portland. The house far exceeded our expectations and it truly is a great family home, stocked with TONS of fun stuff from beach toys, bikes, kids toys, games etc. I cannot honestly think of anything it didn't have. We even utilized the washer & dryer on site. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again. For our linens, based on the recommendation of the owner, we used Cottage Linens. They were great as well and made everything very easy.

Another Amazing Stay

This was our second time renting Splash of Cran and we had another amazing stay. This year our baby is 14 months and on the move. The house was perfect for him and equipped with all the things we needed for our son. Our daughter is older and loved the air hockey game. We had a great time on family bike rides, the beach and walking to some restaurants. Nicole was responsive and great to deal with throughout our stay.We will be back!

Simply the best rental ever

This was probably the best rental house we ever had! Super clean, fully equipped. They even thought about putting a variety of toys for the kids! You could tell that the host genuinely cared about this place and wanted their guests to be comfortable! Location was great, close to everything. Outside shower, fireplace, huge picnic table next to the bbq grill. Inside was equipped with all you need, lots of plates, etc. Beautifully decorated. We definitely want to be back!

This home was spectacular. We loved our time here. The house was in an excellent location and was stocked with toys, beach games, chairs, etc. Very clean home, and laid out perfectly for a family.

Wonderful getaway

Great home and location! House has open floor plan, which was perfect for hanging out with family and plenty of space for the kids to play. Outside has a huge picnic table for dining and great fire pit for s’mores! Thanks for a great stay Nicole! :)
