Un étage héritage Villas studio Surplombant le Lap Piscine communautaire et barbecue!

Un studio à l'étage joliment aménagées avec un lit king size, salle de bain complète avec douche séparée et baignoire, d'un bar avec un mini-réfrigérateur et micro-ondes et d'un balcon privé donnant sur la piscine communautaire de genoux. Ne cherchez pas plus loin si vous cherchez une grande valeur sur votre prochain séjour à La Quinta. Le balcon privé donnant sur la piscine de la communauté avec vue sur les montagnes de Santa Rosa au sud. Les grils à gaz de la Communauté, hamac jardin, club-house et un centre de remise en forme sont également à une courte distance de marche. La Quinta Resort est à seulement 10 minutes à pied si vous assistez à une conférence ou à la recherche pour une nuit à l'un de leurs restaurants. L'unité peut être combiné avec le NV105 pour créer une spacieuse villa de deux chambres.

La villa de vacances est situé Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Héritage Villas est une communauté de 280 condominiums de villégiature et des maisons en rangée. La communauté est niché dans une crique de montagne sur le côté ouest de La Quinta avec vue sur la montagne de Santa Rosa et de chocolat dans toute la propriété. Profitez de 12 piscines d'eau salée et bains à remous, un centre de fitness et un pavillon communautaire et barbecue. Héritage Villas est une communauté fermée, avec 24 heures de sécurité habités. La communauté est un 5-10 minutes à pied de La Quinta Resort et seulement une courte distance en voiture de la vieille ville de La Quinta, l'Indian Wells Tennis Garden, les Indio Polo Grounds et de nombreuses autres attractions du désert.

La Quinta est le foyer de plus de 30 terrains de golf publics et privés. Humana Challenge de la PGA est hébergé à plusieurs de golf de la ville chaque année en janvier. Le tournoi de tennis BNP Paribas est hébergé à l'Indian Wells Tennis Garden chaque Mars; seulement à 10-15 minutes de route de la majorité de nos propriétés dans la ville. Ne pas oublier la foire du comté de Riverside et de la date du Festival en Février, La Quinta Arts Festival en Mars et les Coachella et Stagecoach festivals de musique en Avril. La vallée de Coachella est une merveilleuse destination pour aventure en plein air en toutes saisons. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property within Legacy Villas. Very clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom and great view of the pool and mountains from the balcony.

Great place !

Comfortable King bed … spacious suite. Just needs one thing . Freezer in the fridge or some type of ice bucket/ cooler . Found the ice maker in the clubhouse but a grocery bag was not a convenient option to store ice … we managed to enjoy our Bombay gin & tonic on the lanai eventually ! 😎🍹🍹👍

Pros: The unit was perfectly located above a quiet lap pool which didn’t get the activity/traffic of the large pool. It had a furniture face lift since the online listing which was great. Check in was easy and requesting late check out was also simple. The property was impeccable and beautiful. Minor Cons: The bed was a bit lumpy, the bathroom a bit worn and walls a bit dirty. Also, not being able to bro g A/C below 73 wasn’t great for us. But overall a great experience!

I loved the studio, grounds, and location! Also loved the flexibility with the dates. The only 3 things that could be better:1. Needs new bed linens and PILLOWS. Pillows are pretty old (Felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls.)2. I felt a bit unsafe with the Lock-off door to the adjoining unit. Would be nice if I could lock my side manually, but unsure about safety regulations. 3. Bathroom door doesn't have a working lock. Kinda goes along with not feeling super safe because of the lock-off door. Otherwise, I'd absolutely stay there again! Thank you for your delightful hospitality!

Regarding the lock-off door, we completely understand how that can feel unfamiliar. These doors are securely locked from both sides and are commonly used in resort-style layouts to offer flexible rental options. Rest assured, there’s no way for anyone in the adjoining unit to access your space. That said, we also manage over 75 units in the area, including fully private options that do not share a wall or have any adjoining doors—if that's your preference next time, we’d be happy to help you find a more secluded fit. We’ll also look into the bathroom door issue right away. Thanks again for staying with us—we hope to welcome you back soon!

Disappointed

I have stayed at The Legacy four times and this unit certainly was not up to the quality of the other units. Mattress didn’t fit the bed frame, rug outside was unravelling and outside table had cracks. There was no light bulb over the door when I arrived at night and it was hard to see the key pad. Bath towels were worn out. Shower was just a weird spray and water was not hot. Just wasn’t a quality unit for the price.

The housekeeping was satisfactory (ie. attention to less obvious ares like vacuuming under desk and in bathroom drawers would have been needed). Although the furniture looks newer, the unit itself needs a facelift (ie. paint, refinish worn cabinets etc). Also, it is a bit peculiar that the temperature in the room as well as the refrigerator are controlled/limited. For the price paid overall, this isn’t necessarily a complaint, more a perspective that the unit doesn’t do justice to the quality of the larger lovely property overall.

Room is small and you are not supposed to run the AC lower than 73! If that was written in the property details I would not have rented the room. Didn't sleep well due to it being too hot so we left a day early.

Perfect desert getaway

I stayed in the suite while visiting my daughter and her family. It was perfect for me: light and airy with everything I needed. I asked for extra blankets and for the fireplace to be lighted, and the owners were responsive and pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure.
