Beautiful Condo!

We stayed for a month and loved it! Nicely updated kitchen and living room. Great location on the beach and gorgeous views! We would definitely return!

Month at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was ok - location was perfect and being on the 2nd floor was great. Too many fake flowers and many items falling apart within the condo, that was a little frustrating. Condo needs to be updated.

Reviewer Comments: Because the elevator broke in the Land's End bldg and would take a long time to be repaired, we shifted to Villa Madeira at the last moment. Not our first choice, but adequate.

With the elevator malfunction we are glad we could at least offer you a different options but we do understand it was not your first choice and are sorry for the inconvenience of this all. Good Location -Old Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I reserved a unit Jan 2016. Three days before our late April stay they moved us to a different unit due to construction. This unit was rundown. Needed paint & update everything-furniture, curtains, kitchen etc. The unit was clean & large. The bldg. was being updated which is good because it needs paint, new screens, door locks that open on the first try etc. The location & beach are great.I gave it 3 stars.Would have been 4 if unit & bldg were refurbished. Would not recommend this unit to a friend.

The air didnt work, but I was trying to follow your instructions about the air before I called, so it was jot for days. Then the elevator broke and I spent several hours out of apt cause I wasnt able to go up stairs. And I didn't know who to call. Some things are handled by one company and some by another. But I do like your location and screen . The master mattress really needs replacing.

The location could not be better- right on the beach and walking distance to several places to eat and John's Pass.We have already reserved for next winter.I did not give the furniture a 5 because we thought it was very uncomfortable. It is leather and had no support-- we had to put pillows on top of the cushions to sit comfortably. Other than that we have no complaints.
