Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful beach at Villa Madeira — it truly is one of the highlights of staying here, and we’re happy it met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback on the condo layout and are glad to hear you found the master bedroom and bath spacious and comfortable. Thank you also for acknowledging Resort Rentals' responsiveness; we work hard to ensure any issues are addressed promptly, and it's great to know that was reflected during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the musty smell and maintenance concerns, as well as the disappointment with the outdoor amenities. You're absolutely right — the pool and gathering areas are key features of the property, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to find them still under repair. While we were hopeful for quicker restoration following the hurricane, delays have unfortunately extended beyond our initial projections. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll continue to work diligently to restore the property fully. We also take your suggestion to provide clearer updates on amenity availability seriously and will ensure future guests receive accurate, up-to-date information before booking. Thank you, Mary, again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under improved conditions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful Gulf-front location, the outdoor seating areas, the convenient beach access, and that you had an overall enjoyable stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the unit and the ceiling fan in the third bedroom. We'll be sure to have our maintenance team inspect and address these items. Thank you as well for your observations about the check-in process and key access—we understand how keyless entry can be more convenient for larger groups, and we appreciate the suggestion. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay in the future.
