Edgecliffe Unité 7, 4, Bulcock Beach, Esplanade de Kings Beach

Cet appartement au 2ème étage offre une vue panoramique exceptionnelle avec le balcon donnant sur l'océan à l'île Moreton. Vous pouvez également regarder vers le sud jusqu'à North Bribie Island et à Pumicestone Passage. L'emplacement exceptionnel vous permet de vous rendre à pied à Kings Beach ou à pied dans l'autre sens vers Happy Valley et Bulcock Beach. Il n'y a pas de route à traverser pour aller aux plages. Si vous préférez vous baigner sans les vagues, vous trouverez une piscine étincelante qui surplombe l’océan.

 

L'appartement a été récemment rénové pour intégrer des œuvres d'art de bon goût, de nouveaux équipements de cuisine, des lits et de la literie. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et la 2ème chambre a un lit superposé avec lit gigogne permettant à l'appartement de dormir un total de 5 personnes. Les deux chambres ont vue sur l'océan. Couettes, couvertures et couvertures douillettes de qualité sont fournis, mais pas le linge de lit. Vous pouvez louer du linge (y compris le thé, la salle de bain et les serviettes de plage) auprès de www. location de vacances. com. au.

 

La salle de bain a une douche et il y a des toilettes séparées. Vous trouverez également d'autres éléments essentiels tels qu'un lave-linge familial, un sèche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser.

 

Il y a un parking sécurisé en dessous pouvant accueillir un véhicule de taille moyenne. En raison de son âge, le bâtiment ne convient pas aux véhicules à grande hauteur ni aux véhicules à empattement long, car sa hauteur libre maximale est de 1,9 m et que l'allée est très raide. Vous pouvez prendre l'ascenseur depuis le parking souterrain ou l'entrée principale de votre appartement.

 

Le salon et la chambre principale ont des ventilateurs de plafond et la deuxième chambre a un ventilateur portatif.

 

Pour la tranquillité et le plaisir de tous les visiteurs à Edgecliffe, l'appartement n'a pas de fête, pas de politique de fumer et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.

Stunning views

We felt like we were on a cruise with the vast ocean just outside the huge glass doors. It was so stunning and we certainly will be coming back!

Pleasant property. Comfortable beds and couch. Smart TV. No reverse cycle aircon so did get a little cool during our winter stay. Amazing view and great proximity to beach and boardwalk.

Amazing view and location

Amazing view and location, the apartment had everything we could need. Clean, tidy, great balcony! We didn’t feel confident parking in the car park underneath in the new rental car we had but there was always plenty of spots on the street. Lift access was a big plus. The pool was lovely and clean and fresh. Steps down to the beach and esplanade boardwalk. To access the property you need to go down Dingle Ave, it is on Little Esplanade Lane and it took us a while to locate. All in all we loved our stay and will 100% stay again.

Fabulous position. Neat and clean apartment. Only negative is the difficult driveway and access to the garage. Fortunately I had looked at other reviews and knew it was tricky. Made us very reluctant to go out in the car etc.

Overpriced

Although we stayed high season I felt this property was over priced. It was dirty and lacked basic materials such as a washing rack. Communication with the real estate was poor. A great location and view, but steep for what we got.

Ocean views are spectacular!

The view, the view! It's absolutely beautiful! Hearing and seeing the ocean morning and night is spectacular! The size of the unit is perfect for a holiday especially for us as a couple. It had all we needed. The Local Agent Caloundra staff were wonderful. Extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant. The location is great- easy walking to beaches and in to town. Driveway and car park is extremely tight. We hired a station wagon for our surfboards but got a family wagon. We almost couldn't get it up out of the steep and narrow driveway. Only parked here once because it was so difficult and narrow.

Just spent a relaxing 2 weeks in this excellent unit, very well equipped, bed very comfortable but the air conditioning units have been removed which was a bit disappointing for this time of the year. Ceiling fans helped but expected the a/c units. Outdoor cushions had been left outside and were soaking wet, suggest they be put inside unit on departure. Excellent views helped compensate for the wet weather. Swimming pool a nice extra, will return again.

A home away from home!

Unit clean and bright - has everything you need for a great holiday. Had difficult driveway and garage entry - max 1.9 metres height and steep, don't bring your 4WD.

Fantastic!!!

We loved this unit. Super comfortable beds, beautifully renovated and decorated. Plenty of little personal touches to make it a very special holiday. The location is ideal for any kind of holiday maker. We would definitely stay again.
