Fitted out for the family, there is a 6-seater dining table both indoors and outside on your private patio to enjoy those Kings Beach evening sunsets. Tastefully designed to reflect the beachy scenes outside, each room has its own unique, coastal look that makes it feel like summer all year round!

Getting Around:
Park your car in the allocated single car garage and walk everywhere. You’re only a 2 minute walk to the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks, & minutes from playgrounds, 30 seconds from great local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere!

Other Things to Note:
*The unit is located on the second floor of this building and is accessed by stairs.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
