Vous cherchez quelque chose de pittoresque, romantique et élégant à proximité des pistes? Ne cherchez plus ... Ce rez-de-jardin, studio récemment rénové en 2015 a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable!

Tous les nouveaux carreaux, tapis, armoires de cuisine, comptoir en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, bar à vin, disposent également de nouveaux meubles partout et d'un lit escamotable trÚs confortable pour une efficacité maximale de l'espace. Et pour les enfants, le canapé convertible se transforme en lit double. La salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne a également été rénovée.

Des barbecues extérieurs et un bain à remous isolé sont disponibles pour profiter au maximum de votre séjour. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent un foyer au bois, une télévision à écran plat HD Smart de 40 pouces, avec cùble et Wifi.

L'unité dispose également d'un placard de rangement privé et sécurisé situé à l'entrée de l'unité pour plus de facilité et de commodité, assez grand pour les vélos, les skis et le stockage des planches à neige.
La buanderie est adjacente à l'unité de stockage et le stationnement est directement en face de l'unité, à moins de 25 pieds de la porte d'entrée.

The studio had everything we needed for our stay. It was walking distance to the slopes, we had our own parking spot, and it was very nice as well as up to date amenities. We would definitely return.

Great location. Room temperature was good. Was not very clean. I had to vacuum when we arrived and sweep and clean the front porch area. The front porch light did not work so if we were out after dark we could not see to unlock the door. Few spiders and it did not smell fresh. We had to go to the store and get a candle.

Perfect experience!

Stayed 5 nights March 2025. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and Steamboat buses. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Hot tub is close, fireplace was nice for a few evenings, kitchen had everything to cook for nights you don’t go out. Was clean when we checked in and had plenty of towels, including extra beach towels for the hot tub or if visiting the hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo for a weekend getaway

Three of us stayed here for a long weekend ski trip. This was the perfect condo for 3 people and was just a short walk to slope access! Chris was an amazing host and let us check in early and was super nice! We really enjoyed the condo and would highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip for 2-3 people. The condo was also fully stocked with kitchen/bath items and cleaning supplies if needed.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Good location pretty close to the slopes. Easy check in. Great kitchen, fully stocked with anything you might need including an assortment of spices. Easy access to your car. Upstairs neighbors can be annoying at times.

Good to visit again

Great condo!

Loved staying here. Very clean and well equipped kitchen and toiletries. We used the wood burning chimney every night which really made our winter nights nice and serene. The Murphy and couch beds were comfy. Great location and a decent walk to Gondola square. Owner has great communication. Highly recommend.
