Premier Ă©tage, quartier de Palm River, c’est un joyau cachĂ© du nord de Naples, situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de nombreux restaurants, ce modeste appartement vous offre un rapport qualitĂ©-prix exceptionnel, Ă  seulement 10 minutes de route du parc national de Delnor-Wiggins Pass (mon plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e) .The Mercato Plaza Il est Ă  seulement 10 minutes, s'il vous plaĂźt laissez-moi savoir si vous avez une question, je suis toujours disponible.
Les frais de nettoyage trÚs importants sont un montant forfaitaire et raisonnable, l'argent va entiÚrement à la femme de ménage.

Cozy spot in North Naples

I worked for two of my three weeks in this condo and then vacationed for my final week. It was a small but cozy space, clean and well-maintained, with easy access to many sites in Naples (including beaches, stores, downtown, etc.). I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

I rented the apartment for a little getaway with my 3 adult daughters. I know the area well so knew it’s proximity to the beach, Mercato where there is such great dining and shopping , and even downtown was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable (important to me!) and the apartment really had everything we needed. It was also spotless! Les intercepted me on my way to the recycling bin and asked if everything was meeting my expectations. I said we were very happy, then he showed me the other apt above ours which he also owns that is even more beautiful! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and great location

This condo/apt was perfect for my husband and I. This is a super clean and well maintained place. The owner was helpful and informative. This apt is in an upscale neighborhood where I was able to take my morning walks. There are restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. Probably the best owner / manager yet. Extremely easy communication. Close to stores and several beaches. Very nice neighborhood. Will come back.

Very clean and convenient location

Very nice clean co do perfect for a couple. Very convenient to local restaurants, stores and a short drive to the beach. The only negative is the kitchen is not very well equipped for cooking meals on site. Could use a few more pots and frying pan. Other than that it is a very nice comfortable cond.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing

We appreciated the touches left by the host (coffee, cookies and a bottle of wine!). He brought us two bikes for our use when we asked. We made use of the beach towels, umbrella and cooler. The place was VERY clean and comfortable, with a huge closet and a laundry. The only thing I would change is to ask host NOT to plug in those scented room "fresheners". Once we aired out the place...it WAS fresh! The cleaning staff does a wonderful job. No need to mask any odors. Because a bridge was closed for repair, it was harder to access the place, but that was not the host's problem. When the bridge is fixed, it will be a handy hop to a major road, stores...and the beach!

Perfect Location

Our hosts have given great attention to detail to their property. It was well stocked with supplies. We only needed to buy food. Very clean and comfortable.

Cozy and exceptionally clean

This cozy little condo was just what we needed for the days we were here at meetings in Naples. The bed was comfortable. Les was very helpful when needed. The condo was overall very well thought out. There were beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella - very helpful for our day at the beach. It is cozy and was good for two people but would be tight for four adults even though there are two bedrooms. There were two fresh bathrobes in the condo which meant I didn’t have to bring those in our suitcases. It was even nice to have an adequate number of matching hangars. Appliances are all quite new. Towels were very fresh and clean. If we had planned to be around to read in the evenings it might have been a bit difficult as the lighting and seating would probably not have been adequate. The condo is also not really designed for someone who would plan to do a lot of cooking there. However, overall, the cleanliness and amenities were superb.

Great neighborhood, safe, secure and quiet. The property had everything we needed and then some! Great decor, beds, linens and even spa robes💕WiFi, TV, and a cozy screened in porch. Fabulous location near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the beach was very close by. Wonderful for a weekend getaway or longer. The host owner greeted us upon arrival and was very accommodating and attentive and gave us exceptional customer service. He even brought us beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler! This is a gem that I will plan to return to as soon as I can! So glad I found this property - it made my business trip very enjoyable and a super vacation getaway 💕Thank You!
