Détendez-vous et profitez des vues magnifiques sur la baie depuis le Lani tout en prenant un cocktail, en jouant à un jeu, en lisant un livre ou tout simplement en admirant la vue à couper le souffle. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. L'air merveilleux du crossbreeze est rafraîchissant. Ce condo confortable de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain comprend un Master BR mis à jour avec un lit king-size et une grande salle de bain complète. Le bain principal est également plein. Le 2ème BR a deux lits jumeaux. Ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux chambres. Le joli salon a un canapé-lit et une causeuse inclinable pour 2. La cuisine rénovée a un nouveau réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, micro-ondes et comptoirs. Prenez vos repas dans la salle à manger où la table peut accueillir 6. Plancher de carreaux de céramique mis à jour partout. Laveuse et sécheuse. The closets and storage areas have been emptied out and there are 2 kayaks and fishing supplies provided for your enjoyment! The condo has been updated and painted and there are new pots and pans in the kitchen and 4 amazing pickleball courts! The parking lot, pool rest rooms, and party room, have all been fully restored and updated from hurricane damage. The pool will be resurfaced in November! It is available January 1st until February 23rd if you or someone you know is interested! Hope this message finds you well! Enjoy the rest of the summer!!

Fantastic Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Views of the bay are beautiful and within walking distance to Barefoot and Bonita beaches, as well as several restaurants. Condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed/wanted. Mike and Linda are extremely responsive and great to deal with.

Little Hickory Bay #305

Condo view is exceptional! Unable to use the front bedroom as the closet was overflowing with owners belongings. Closet in master bedroom was also quite full, but useable. Wife had to keep her cloths on the beds in the front bedroom. Kitchen utensils very old. Had to purchase wine glasses. Pots and pans old and teflon was flaking off. Had to purchase several items for the kitchen. Location is excellent and owners in the building very friendly. Tennis courts under repair, so could not use them. The best part of the place is the view!!!

Our Wonderful Winter Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Its location on Hickory Bay is wonderful for sitting on the lanai to enjoy the waterscapes or watch the boats travel by. Plus, it is very convenient for walking the short one mile to the beach for fun in the sun, walking the beach, and enjoying sunsets, food and drink. Also, conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, and tasty restaurants.The condo itself was very nice. It was both very clean and comfortable. During our stay, we had friends visit and it accommodated four adults very nicely. The condo was also nicely stocked for cooking and recreation.Our host was wonderful throughout the entire process of booking, answering questions, helping with the condo application and checking us in. During our stay, we had two maintenance-type issues come up, and the host was very, very responsive to rectifying the issues. Neither caused us any inconvenience, and we appreciated the host's responsiveness and attention to detail in getting things fixed. The condo building itself is well-maintained and has nice amenities. The people we met were also very friendly.We enjoyed our time spent at this property and would recommend it. Also, many thanks to our host.

We are a family living in Illinois and enjoyed coming out to the Florida condo with our kids to soak up the sunshine and beaches for decades. We are looking to rent our condo to an individual, couple or family who enjoys it and takes care of it like we do.

It is a family condo in the middle of everything! We chose this area because it is a beautiful location with many activities to do! It is in between Fort Myers and Naples and a couple hours from Tampa/St. Pete and Miami!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy the warm pool a great deal which is never crowded! There are boat slips, many beaches, sunsets, canoeing, amazing restaurants and shops and the many attractions, such as, zoos, Ft. Myers Beach, Naples, golf, tennis, pickle ball, water sports, etc.
