FĂ©vrier 2020 3500 $ - Magnifique condo le plus prĂšs du club-house pour golf-gym-piscine

Magnifique condo luxueux et récemment rénové donnant sur le 1er fairway. Ceci est le condo le plus proche du club-house, vous n'aurez donc pas à vous y rendre en voiture. Il se trouve à 50 mÚtres du club-house, du bain à remous, de la piscine, de la salle d'exercice et des courts de tennis. Et parce que c'est une maison d'autocars, elle est trÚs calme, pas dans un grand complexe de condos mais plutÎt dans un petit tronçon de maisons d'autocars dont nous sommes l'unité finale. Il s'agit d'une unité au premier étage avec un garage attenant pour 2 voitures.

Le condo a trois chambres (toutes avec télévision) avec le maßtre et la 2e chambre avec lits queen et la 3e chambre a un canapé avec lit queen. Il y a aussi deux matelas pneumatiques à utiliser si nécessaire. La véranda avec moustiquaire a des meubles en osier donnant sur un petit étang et le 1er fairway. La vue sur la véranda fait également face à l'ouest pour de magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Notre endroit dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout le condo, vous pouvez donc surfer sur le Web tout en vous relaxant dans la véranda avec moustiquaire. Branchez votre téléphone / I-Pod sur notre lecteur CD ou écoutez la radio sur notre chaßne stéréo. Les trois chambres ont une télévision à écran plat LCD. Regardez des films de notre bibliothÚque de DVD - qui ont des films pour tous les ùges. Les frais de transfert de golf sont facultatifs (275 $). Ce condo est plus de 1700 pieds carrés avec un garage attenant pour deux voitures. Visitez le site Web de Cypress Woods et visitez les installations. Ils ont subi une rénovation de plusieurs millions de dollars au Clubhouse et chaque trou de golf a été repensé. C'est une communauté fermée avec un excellent emplacement. C'est au centre de tout. Great Location, Beautiful Neighborhood, Owner very easy to work with, very helpful. Unfortunately had to leave 2 and 1/2 weeks early due to Covid-19.

My 7th year renting a condo to Cypress Woods Golf &CC in Naples FL. This condo is by far the best unit yet. It offers all the conveniences we were looking for including, easy access to downtown Naples, 10 minute ride to State Beach and a challenging but fair 18 hole golf course. As far other activities on the property you couldn't ask for a better location. This condo was dream, we could walk to the pool, walking trail and fitness center, club house for lunch and dinner and pro shop. It is virtually located at first tee and the practice putting green. In spite of all these activities it still was very private with the lanai overlooking a small pond and the first hole without the worry of being hit by a stray golf shot. The interior of the unit was large and well appointed throughout. The kitchen provided all the amenities needed. Best comment we can make "Highly recommended rental - this would definitely be our first rental choice if we come back" V.S.

Fabulous Condo in beautiful Naples

I have nothing but good things to say about the Condo in which we rented during the Christmas vacation. My daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren (ages 1 & 3) totally enjoyed the location and the convenience of the Condo. It is very "kid" friendly. We enjoyed the tranquality of the location but we were also very close to the main pool. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how well kept and clean the Condo was. It was very well suited for us as the main bedroom had an ensuite and the 2nd bedroom had a hallway where a bathroom and the bedroom were located along with a 2nd door for privacy. We enjoyed brunch at the Club House on Sunday morning, shopping and dining out locally and of course a visit to beautiful downtown Naples which is about a 20 minute drive. The kids also enjoyed a trip to the Naples zoo. Highly recommend this Condo if you are looking for a nice, clean, location. Although we are not golfers, it is located on a Golf Course that can also be utilized.

Location, Style, and Comfort- This is It

We spent the month of Jan. 2014 in this lovely condo at Cypress Woods. This non-smoking condo is spacious, well maintained, and stocked with necessities. I especially liked the thoughtful floor plan as the guest bedroom/bath had privacy and plenty of closet space and the master bedroom/ bathroom & closets were large. I chose this unit because it is on the ground floor with a double garage, and very walkable to the pool, fitness center, tennis courts, clubhouse & golf. The owner also arranged for me to walk through this unit during the summer, so I could see exactly where we would be staying in Jan. Rest assured, it met all my expectations as this was our first time renting and I was not disappointed when we arrived in Jan. We really enjoyed the wonderful walking and biking trail through this beautiful development daily. The fitness center offered yoga on Monday mornings, various exercise classes, and pool aerobics. Sunday Brunch at the newly renovated club was nicely presented as well as lunch in the Grill. My husband enjoyed the aqua driving range and they allow you to walk the golf course after 4 p.m. He was very pleased with the availability of tee times and the staff put him with a group easily. The condo had beach/pool gear, grill, coolers, and enough room to bring your bikes. The location is very convenient to I-75 for trips to the airport, as well as Target, Panera, a nail salon, Publix, Walmart, etc on Immokalee Rd, however, it is a bit of a drive (~35 minutes) to downtown Naples if you like to avail yourself of all the fine dining on 5th Ave/3rd Ave during the high season. We found ourselves using the interstate quite a bit in the evenings to avoid the busy traffic. Also, the greenskeepers start grooming the first teebox a bit early, so early risers can anticipate that activity. I-75 does create a bit of road noise, but there is a lake with a fountain that is a nice buffer while on the lanai. The owner was absolutely GREAT to work with, he provided specific instructions with a picture of items necessary for security. The gate codes were easy to use and he responded to emails/questions very promptly. He even arranged for an interim housecleaning for me and accommodated me when I needed to change the date. We could not have asked for better service, and I am certainly able to recommend this owner and this lovely condo to any of my friends or family interested in beautiful north Naples.

Our stay at this condo was everything we expected. The decor was very updated and the property was very clean. It had everything you need to spend some time in the sun! The owner was very easy to work with and we didn't have any problems during our stay. The location right near the club house, pool and golf course was so convenient. Sitting on the lanai and watching the beautiful Egrets and Blue Heron's sunning themselves on the golf course was a plus!

Cypress Woods Coach Home

This is a very nicely decorated and furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath coach home with a sofa bed in the den. It is located in very private, pleasant surroundings. It's also conveniently located to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The owner/manager was very pleasant to deal with and wanted our stay to be as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to others.

GREAT MONTH

The listing description and the photos accurately depicted this great condominium. The condo was clean and was stocked with anything you might need..grill, pool toys, beach towels, cooler. The unit had lots of extra bed linens and towels. The unit was quiet and very comfortable. The pools / hot tub and pool area was very nice and very close to the unit. The club house restaurant was convenient. We did not use the tennis courts but they were plentiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. The complex had great walking and biking paths and was very convenient to I-75. We would definitely rent this again and I highly recommend it to anyone. We had no issues with the unit during our month-long stay. Owner was easy to correspond/communicate with.
