Good for the price. Not flash. Set back from the road so it was very quiet for Seminyak. Solid location. Excellent massage just down the road (Kimberley Spa). Decent restaurants nearby. Ginger Moon was very good. The bar about 50 metres past that restaurant does 12-6pm happy hour and their cocktails were great. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. The owner is nice. The housekeepers did a good job. I’d recommend this place for those who want the pool villa experience.

Enjoyable stay

A really great place to stay as a couple or on a solo trip. It’s right in the middle of Seminyak but also tucked just far enough away from the main strip that it’s very quiet and relaxing.

Great little Villa in great location

We booked this hidden gem very last minute & Kadek was extremely accommodating with our booking. The Villa is stunning. Has a beautiful refreshing pool & everything you need. Only a short stroll to Eat Street. Would definitely recommend this Villa :)

Kadek was very responsive and helpful and we really appreciated that. She gets a 5 out 5. The Villa is very close to the busy Eat Street but there is a back way to the beach that is less busy. The reason for the three, although the main open part of the villa is nice, the kitchen and bathroom are very tired and poorly equipped (for example one old pot, miss matched dishes, strong mold smell in the kitchen cabinets, bidet sprayer not shutting off, shower nearly falling off the wall, very tired bedding and towels). I would have expected better for the price point.

The style of our villa interior does not feature white bedding (as you requested on arrival), as it follows a natural, tropical aesthetic, but this does not mean the linens are old or of poor quality — they are regularly replaced and professionally laundered. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects didn’t meet your expectations and will review the mentioned maintenance points to ensure everything is in perfect condition for future guests. This property was absolutely perfect for a short stay in Bali. We made it our home for the week quite comfortably and enjoyed coming home to it each day. The pool was fantastic, the whole entertaining space was great to relax and unwind in after a day out. Our host was wonderful and helped with arranging little details to make our stay more comfortable. The location was perfect, within close walking distance to shopping, restaurants, warungs and the beach. Great central location to base yourself for day trips around the area such as Ubud, Canggu. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The villa was exactly as the photo's on the website, clean and tidy, the pool was beautiful and the pool man came and cleaned it during our stay, the service from Kadek was fantastic, she was there to meet us and was so helpful. The location was excellent, we could walk to the shops and restaurants with in a few minutes, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will most definately be back. Thanks again to Kadek for being so helpful.

Reasonable villa just off the main street

A basic villa, very close to main shopping and Eat street. Note the villa is hard to find - taxi dropped us off to wrong location. The hostess was easy to contact and helpful steering us to the right alleyway. Villa is pleasant enough, a bit run down and some areas were dirty and electrical plugs didn't connect properly. Probably a bit overpriced for what you get.

The villa was small, nothing like the photos and not well furnished. The unit was very basic and did not meet our expectations. We paid for 5 nights and only stayed for one leaving to find better accommodation at our own expense. The standard of villa is more suitable for backpackers and is highly overrated - generally very poor value.

An Unforgettable Stay in Bali – Highly Recommended!

My recent stay at this villa was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a special place, ideal for a couple seeking a luxurious and private getaway in Bali. Located in the heart of Central Seminyak, the villa offers incredible convenience, close enough to explore all the nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants, yet far enough to feel like your own private sanctuary. The villa is spacious enough for two, with the open-plan design blending indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to soak in Bali’s natural beauty. The bedroom air-con provides a respite from the Bali heat with a decent sized and super-comfortable bed, and the bathroom is a perfect en-suite with hot water shower. The pool is simply divine, perfect for a refreshing morning dip or a romantic evening swim. The kitchen is could be better equipped, but convenient nonetheless. The lounging areas are perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a glass of wine for a quiet night in with Netflix and Prime Video both available on the TV with good quality WiFi. The entire property is kept impeccably clean by the daily maid service who provide plenty of clean towels for both bathroom and pool. Kadek and the owner (who lives next door) take great care to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and cannot wait to return. Ignore the negative and pedantic reviews, this place is awesome and the photos completely representative.
