Apportez votre bateau et amarrez-le à la maison, très beau vaste jardin et parking au-delà de la maison.
La maison offre une grande intimité avec une vue magnifique sur le canal. Depuis le couloir, vous pouvez même voir le magnifique golfe du Mexique ... Un lieu unique où passer vos vacances! Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore. Finitions haut de gamme, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, tonne d'espace de rangement. Draps, serviettes, chaises de plage et parasols fournis, jeux pour enfants et adultes et bien plus encore!

Cette unité aura une piscine privée sur la propriété à partir de l'été 2019. Nous commencerons la construction en mai 2019.

This was the perfect set up for our family. It was a treat to see the manatees every day by the boat lift. The pool was very nice space to relax after spending days at the beach. There is no direct access to a beach which was no bother for us as we wanted to explore the different beaches from longboat to anna marie island (our favorite beach was minutes away before the busyness of anna marie island) . Was nice that there was some beach equipment like chairs and umbrella. The space was very clean and there were a lot of little touches that ensured you had everything you needed. The other unit on the property is being renovated so there are workers on site though very respectful and we were on the go during the day so didn't bother us and ment we had the shared pool space just for us which was a treat. Would recommend !

Great location on the canal - saw lots of manatee. Pool was gorgeous. Really nice place fully renovated and lots of good communications on how to work all the screens and fans etc. Good communications from Michaela the host she had the pool cleaned right as we arrived. When the construction is done renting out both parts will be amazing go big families. Walls were a little thin and bedrooms next to each other.

Boathouse II

We really enjoyed the house - Amazing finishes and decor. Great Outdoor deck with grill and views of canal and pool! Only issues were that the description does not let you know that there is a second property that shares the pool and dock. Also, the bed in the second bedroom is more like a full size, not a queen size.

Unique and Beautiful Property!

My family of four stayed at the Boathouse for spring break the first week of April. We came to LBK for the beach, but the house ended up being such a treat. We loved the indoor/outdoor living space and kept the floor to ceiling doors onto the porch open most of the time we were there. The breeze off the canal was amazing and the view (from every window) was so peaceful. It was very cool to go out on the dock and watch the manatees who live in the canal. The kitchen was appointed with all high-end Bosch appliances and well-equipped with the tools you would need to make a meal. Note, the coffee maker is a Keurig, which we did not bring pods for, and the little store down the street was out of them. They do sell premade coffee, so we just walked or drove over and bought it in the mornings. We also used the gas grill, which was well-equipped with grill tools. The house was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, and it’s obvious that much effort has been made to make it as homey as possible - there are tons of beach and bath towels, throw blankets, scented soaps, candles, games, hampers in the bedrooms, nice hangers in the closets, two-ply toilet paper (it’s the little things!), and even a picnic basket tucked in a cabinet. The finishes and decor are all very well-done. The motorized shades are so convenient and easy to use. The only negative I will say is that both the mattresses could be better. They don’t seem to be of great quality and there’s not a mattress pad - just a thin waterproof cover - which doesn’t add any cushioning. The beach access situation was a bit unclear to us before we arrived, so I wanted to share info about that. There are two “private” beach access points across the street to the left, which we did use a few times to watch the sunset or take a night walk on the beach, and no one bothered us about it or batted an eyelash. However, during the day we ended up driving to the public beach access that is slightly north of the property, because that beach was wider and less shelly than the one across the street. Parking was easy and it was not crowded at all. Overall it was a memorable trip for our family, and we would definitely consider returning to the beautiful Boathouse in the future!

The property is conveniently located to both the bay and gulf. The beach is easy to walk to (5 minutes) through the Silver Sands parking lot across the street. The Host was very attentive and fixed problems. In March on the bay side in the canal about 5 to12 Manatees can be seen wallowing in the warm canal water. We stayed a month and was able to have a boat at the dock. The pool was heated and very enjoyable especially this March which was unusually warm.The bedrooms were very comfortable. The second bedroom was nice to have when guests visited. The private bathroom added a classy touch for our visitors. The only trivial issue we had was the boathouse has so many cute Tchotchkes. They covered a good percentage of the flat surfaces. Most need to be relocated. Fortunately, there was plenty of cabinet space, but eventually everything need to be returned to the hopefully original space. Rather time consuming.

Lovely Long Boat

Fabulous, modern and comfortable house located on the north (quieter, i.e., few condo high rises) end of Longboat. Wonderful place. I highly recommend it!

Lovely contemporary style home and property on canal with manatees when it is quiet. We had some unexpected construction on the home next door that kept us from enjoying the pool but the owner discounted some of the price due to this.
