It was great for location and a good size for our family. Couple of observations, carpet is extremely stained and the the washer is broken. Otherwise, we had a great time!

When we arrived, we found the place to be very large and nice. However, we soon found that the wifi information sent did not work. We left a message for the host and received a response Saturday morning. My husband needed to use a hot spot to do the payroll Friday night and my daughter needed to do the same to approve time cards. That was disappointing.Also, we discovered that there were no sheets for the pull out bed in the study. Given that we had made reservations for 7 people, sheets are a necessary part of the reservation. There were 2 fitted twin sheets in the closet (we needed double sheets. We made out the best we could with the two too small sheets for the first night.This was also very disappointing.

Great place to stay!

Nice neighborhood, close to everything in Orlando. We cooked every day and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. Comfy, clean spot.

Great location. Close to all attractions.

Loved the facilities and how quiet they were. Only downside is that we didn't have keys to the pool area but out contact at the welcome center was very helpful in getting them for us. Would stay there again the next time we come down.

Review

Location was perfect for Disney and the Convention center (Universal as well) The size of the place was perfect for our family of 5 and I found it to be a great value. The dishwasher was unfortunately broken and the place could use some small updates (televisions, carpet, etc.) Would consider staying again based on location and value.

Would not hesitate to stay again !

Excellent location to stay for events at the Orange Co Convention Center. Everything went smoothly with the rental process. Condo is spacious, well cleaned, and quiet. It could use a few updates and guest amenities but we would not hesitate to stay there again. AND, be sure to read all the Management signs on the walls in the Condo or you are certain to lock yourself out on the 2nd story balcony.

Excellent - booked same place for next year

As soon as you walk in you know it's a great place! Very spacious, very well decorated, clean and superbly maintained. It has all the amenities you would expect in terms of appliances, good Wifi signal, etc. Super convenient to the convention center. We already booked the same room for next year!
