Great location but could use some improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was decent. However there was only 1 key for the front door. No way to get in through the back which is where parking is. That was extremely frustrating having to go around every time. The bedding was extremely cheap and the king mattress was extremely lumpy and lopsided. The location was great. Just not the cleanest.

We sincerely apologize for the single key situation with parking in the back, having no access through that entrance is a genuine inconvenience that should never have been overlooked. The lumpy mattress, cheap bedding, and cleanliness concerns are also being addressed with the homeowner directly. Love Cinnamon Shore, But Wouldn't Stay in This Unit Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Cinnamon Shore annually for six years and have stayed in several different properties. We absolutely love Cinnamon Shore and highly recommend it, but unfortunately, we would not choose to stay in this particular unit again.The unit was missing several basic amenities we've come to expect from our previous stays, including kitchen essentials like tongs, salt and pepper, cooking oil, and plastic dishes for kids or outdoor dining. There were also no beach or pool towels provided.Additionally, we were not given a key or code for the door facing the lawn and restaurants. This meant that every time we left, someone had to walk around to the back of the unit to lock up, which was inconvenient.While none of these issues alone would be a dealbreaker, together they made the stay less enjoyable than our previous experiences. These are all things that have been provided in every other Cinnamon Shore property we've stayed in.We'll definitely be back to Cinnamon Shore, but next time we'll return to one of the other units we've enjoyed in the past.

Excellent Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental with plenty of space and everything we needed!! Bottom floor was perfect and close proximity to the main circle and restaurants. Fishing pond was a huge hit and very close. There’s some large talapia in there so get ready to watch the kids go crazy when they hook one. Can’t wait to go back. Lots of sun through the blinds in the bedroom toward the back of the rental but that’s just how it goes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first came in the unit, it was very damp and bad smell, the sofa had stains all over it, we all scare of sitting on it so we have to use the bed sheets to cover it. When we come back at night, we tried to set up our sleeping situation we noticed the blankets have blood stains on them and called after hours staffs but they couldn’t accommodate us until the next day and we only there for 2 nights. The next day we went out and came back in the evening and noticed the WiFi and TV are not working so called after hours staffs and they noted the situation but still didn’t help us. I know it’s after hours but still they need to have someone onsite to help out with these situations because the fact we only stayed for 2 nights and we would like our family feel comfortable while we’re on vacation.

We have stayed in this unit a few different times. The first time several years ago was great, but it just feels like it has not been maintained. The door to the back bathroom does not stay closed, the sheets are very low quality, it’s is insanely bright/light in the bedrooms which makes it difficult to fall asleep and the furniture has gotten extremely dirty over time.. noticeably dirty. It needs a refresh. We enjoy Cinnamon Shore, but if units don’t feel new and fresh, like the newer resorts, it definitely makes it less and less appealing. The same goes for the beach chairs. They could definitely use some updating : /

The living room furniture and king bed were not very comfortable. Also the bedrooms at night were very bright so the unit could benefit from some curtains.The location was great with walking distance to town center and restaurants, but you definitely need a golf cart to get to and from the beach and pools.

Great Family Vacation at Cinnamon Shore

Our daughters had a great time at the beach and pools. Everything is very nice, clean, and convenient. Renting a golf cart is a must for us as we have a daughter with a disability, but the golf cart makes the whole trip much more fun and everything is so easily and quickly accessible with it. The only problem we had was our reserved parking spot in front of our unit being taken every night. Having a child with a disability, this was a real problem for us. I contacted Cinnamon Shore about this several times and explained our situation having a child who really needed this, but they never did anything other than having their security put warnings on cars. They need better signage for reserved spaces. All in all though, it was a great trip and we are already looking forward to coming back again next year.

Family friendly vacation rental!

The location of the condo was very convenient to the restaurants but parking was a bit of a challenge as visitors unknowingly parked in our reserved spots several times. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There is also a small market on the property for necessities. The beach chairs and umbrellas were wonderfully convenient and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful time!

Nice place but a little pricey

Enjoyed Cinnamon Shores but think nightly rental at $495/night for 3 nights plus cleaning fee and tax very high at $2100 total. The price makes us hesitant to come back again vs flying to Florida Gulf coast and renting similar property for same price point and better dining and beach location.

The front French door was shattered upon arriving. We were not told about this and was not fixed before we came. We thought it was the design of the window pane. After our twin 8 years arrived for a visit we quickly realized it was broken and very dangerous. We love the people in the office. When we arrived we were greeted with open arms.

You Will Love Beach Haven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Haven is a beautifully appointed and extremely clean condo. We were amazed that the owner had thought of everything down to a wine stopper for our opened wine. We had expected being so close to everything it might be in a noisy location, but it was quiet and so convenient to walk to dining and rentals. We loved being on the ground floor as it made access to our vehicles so easy. The beach is a bit of a hike away, but with a buggy and a designated parking spot for it, access is fine. It was only the 2 of us staying there and it was perfect...a walk-in shower in one bath and a tub and shower in the other. You would love this unit. The only problem was the accumulation of a puddle outside from the landscape watering every night requiring us to puddle jump to get to our vehicles.

We are so happy you had a good time. The Homeowner Association has been made aware of the puddling issue from the irrigation and it won't be an issue for your next stay at Beach Haven. The new owners of the condo redesigned with their guest's comfort being top priority and they are so happy you enjoyed all they had to offer. Fantastic Off Season Getaway

We had a wonderful week resting and spending time with family. Everyone that we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, and all of the facilities and amenities were very well maintained. Our kids absolutely loved it and are already begging us to go back.
