Nestled on a lively and loud avenue, our home places you at the heart of Washington DC’s ceaseless energy. The street outside is a hub of activity, with the vibrant hum of city life providing an authentic urban soundtrack. From the early hours of the morning to the late night, expect a lively atmosphere that truly captures the spirit of the city.

Navigate the city’s charm effortlessly from our Northeast D.C. abode! Jump on nearby public transit for a quick ride to iconic attractions or use rideshare services for convenience. As an added perk, relish the freedom of one included parking space, making your exploration stress-free. Enjoy the flexibility to roam the city at your own pace and return to the comfort of your urban retreat with ease.

Parking: We wanted to let you know that the driveway in the rear of the house is a bit narrow and may have some uneven spots. There are two parking spots available, and guests are allotted one of these spots. For your convenience, you’re also welcome to use the free street parking, which doesn’t require a permit. Please feel free to choose whichever option is most comfortable for you. Our goal is to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
* We kindly request your cooperation in observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

*Guests are welcome to utilize one designated on-site parking space located at the rear of the house on the parking pad. Should you need additional parking, there are conveniently accessible options on nearby streets.

*For the best experience, kindly notify us in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-outs. This helps us ensure a smooth arrival process and allows our dedicated housekeepers ample time to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space between stays. Unfortunately, some early check-ins or late check-outs may not be accommodated and for this we apologize.

*While we truly appreciate the love for animals, please be aware that certain breeds, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Mastiffs, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid, are restricted. Additionally, we kindly request that pets larger than 50 lbs/22.7 kg not be brought on the premises.

* Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring any service or emotional support animals.

*Unfortunately, due to severe allergies, we are unable to host guests with cats (even service animals or ESA cats).

*All pets must be firmly secured by a leash at all times.

*Please clean up after your dog during walks. Your cooperation helps keep our surroundings clean and pleasant for everyone.

*For the comfort and health of all our guests, including those with allergies and asthma, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking (including odors or residue) will result in a $300 smoking fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning.

*Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and additional fees.
