Tout comme trouver la coquille parfaite, cette maison côto-chic superbement rénovée est un joyau caché à Sea Pines Resort. La cuisine mise à jour, avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un refroidisseur de vin, de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en pierre, donne sur deux espaces de vie spacieux et la grande salle à manger. Les curseurs des deux salons permettent un accès facile * à la piscine privée chauffée et au patio extérieur. Le premier niveau du grand plan d'étage ouvert de cette maison est parfait pour se détendre et se divertir. Il y a deux chambres à coucher principales dont une à l'étage principal avec une nouvelle suite principale avec salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne carrelée, double vasque et baignoire. De plus, un chemin de plage passe juste à côté de la maison, de sorte que l'océan et la côte sablonneuse se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied.

Great stay!

Great stay at this property; very spacious and open layout for 3 small families to spread out. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, and lots of nooks for reading and hanging out.

Great house and location

Home was just as advertised, very clean, and very well equipped. Quick 5 min walk to the beach, or spent the afternoon in the pool. Family loved it.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had 4 young kinds and 5 adults and we all fit in this house very comfortably. We can’t say enough about the house! It was honestly probably one of the best places we’ve ever rented. We will be back!

It is a beautiful home and great for family meals. Awesome kitchen with almost everything you need. I would really like to see a hand rail on right side, going down into pool since the steps curve & foot placement is not easy. It makes it safer for ada & aids in safety for those with balance issues. It created some of families best memories, Thank you!

Perfect beach house

We had a wonderful week with extended family staying at this house. We loved the spacious living areas and how each bedroom has a private bathroom. Easy five minute walk to the beach and a lovely backyard pool that we used daily. We also enjoyed using the bikes that came with the house.

HHI Beach Vacation

We had a good vacation with our family in HHI. The house was large enough for our group with easy access to the beach. The house is a little worn with some spots on the furniture and the carpets. The pool patio furniture could be updated to something a little more guest friendly and attractive.

Family Vacation

We loved this house! The house is beautiful with plenty of gathering space and the pool and outdoor space was clean and beautiful too. It’s a short walk to the beach and very manageable. The house was well stocked and there were other nice amenities like bikes and pull carts for getting things to the beach. We had an absolutely fantastic time and hope to come back again.

Great stay!

Loved the home, much larger than it appears from the outside. Large family vacation for the 4th. Great location to beach and all of sea pines. Loved the credit for beach gear. Only small bad part, the home next to us was being renovated so during the day it was fairly loud with construction. Other than that, great stay!

Spacious, clean and near the beach

The house was spacious, very well equipped and a very short walk to the beach. We were only minutes away from all the Sea Pine restaurants,water sports and golf. My only recommendation would be that the owner make folding chairs or other beach apparatus available. We purchased some folding beach chairs with shoulder straps and attaching umbrellas. They were very easy to transport to the beach. We left them in the garage for other renters. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood

90th Birthday Celebration

This house was perfect for our large extended family. My parents live on Hilton Head and we all came down to celebrate their 90th birthdays. The management was so easy to work with and was very helpful with the many questions I had. When we needed extra sheets to use for a pullout couch, they brought them over very quickly. The pool area was perfect for any outside social distancing we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping to make a week long celebration easy and fun. And thank you for the lovely note and bottle of bubbly for my parents’ birthday. Above and beyond!

Beautiful remodeled house, 5 minute walk to beach

There are effectively 6 bedrooms in this house. The front den has a sofa that converts to a bed. 2 living spaces and very nice pool. The pool gets enough sun to be warm and yet has good shade in the mid afternoon. Plenty of seats to eat with 2 tables and 6 seats at the counter.

Family beach trip

Great rental close to the beach. Pool was great when heated but did have lots of debris from covering trees (as expected)- needed to clean out a few times per day to enjoy. No infant/ child items- needed to bring own crib, high chair, etc. overall would return

Perfect family getaway

We stayed here for a week as a family of 11 (4 kids 4 and under and 7 adults including 3 grandparents). We had plenty of space for all of us and the huge kitchen was such a plus! The pool was great, the beach about a 5 min walk away, and a great location within Sea Pines. We had a couple of small issues during our stay but The Vacation Company was very communicative and quick to solve the issues. Would love to stay here again!

Family Vacation

This house was great for a family vacation. We had six adults and six kids aged 3-13 together and the setup was perfect! The house is updated, the pool is nice, and the walk to the beach is short. What more could you ask for?

Large, beautiful home very close to the beach

We had 3 generations staying at this property and it was a perfect fit! We loved the pool and how close the house was to the beach. The house has been recently renovated and the kitchen is HUGE! It's great for a large family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We will be returning soon!

Wonderful House

This house was great, it had plenty of space, very nicely decorated/renovated. The house/kitchen was very well equipped with essentials, very short walk to the beach 3-5 minutes and the pool and patio were great! We had a wonderful stay at this property! Thank you!

Awesome Home

We stayed at 5 Green Heron in late May. The home was absolutely beautiful with very comfortable furniture and a full gourmet kitchen. The pool was also awesome with direct access from the master BR, kitchen and family room. The 5 minute walk to the beach made it the perfect spot to vacation! I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation!! I give it 5 stars!!
