This comfortable, single level villa is perfect for a romantic escape for two and comes complete with spa bath for total relaxation and a cosy gas fireplace for a warm winters night in. The views as you dine inside or out will take your breath away, with each season offering something unique as you gaze across the vineyards below. Unwind at Villa 5 @ Bimbadeen Estate with the following bedding configuration: 1 Queen bed Stay cool in summer with a splash in the estates pool, which boasts a commanding view from its position nestled against the Brokenback Range or enjoy a BBQ at one of the estates BBQ zones or wander back to enjoy your meal on your own private verandah. Bimbadeen Estate is a working vineyard, producing Shiraz, Semillon and Pinot Noir grapes. As a guest of the estate youll enjoy a sample of these single vineyard wines and yes, you can purchase more before you leave!

A view to die for and everything we needed.

Great view looking over the valley and sufficient privacy from other guests. Everything we needed for a quiet getaway, comfortable bed, great bathroom, fireplace, best dining spot at the window.

Great stay

Great stay! Unfortunately one night we were attacked by mosquitoes with all doors and windows closed and the shower head would not stay up for a shower. The view is spectacular and the complementary wine was well enjoyed thank you

Regrettable choice of accommodation

Beautiful area! Very disappointed with cleanliness due to excessive Micro bat excretion covering the front entry threshold. We asked for full refund but received 1 night refund. Owner doesn’t respect the danger of Bat excrement for humans. Very disappointed.

Thanks for the review Chris. It is such a shame that you did not call our 24/7 helpline or even enter the Villa (which was perfectly clean), before leaving and booking alternate accommodation. Had you of contacted us, we could have sent housekeeping straight around to clean the outdoor entryway (no more than a 5 minute job). It is important to note that the property was fully cleaned on the Friday afternoon, for your Saturday arrival. Unfortunately, given the climate and time of year, it appears a micro bat decided to make itself at home outside of the villa on the Friday night, with the villa being unoccupied. The neighbouring occupied villas were all perfectly fine. Given that the property was completely fit for purpose and you didn't give us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we were not actually obliged to give a refund. As a gesture of goodwill, a 50% refund was provided.

Clean and tidy but in need of minor repairs. Paint needed, blinds not functioning properly, no plug for sink to wash up, front door nob broken. No communication with manager

With regards to your comments about the property being a little tired, we are happy to confirm that the owners of Bimbadeen Estate are currently planning major renovations, which will see an overhaul on all of the villas. With regards to the plug for the sink, this has since been located. We were not aware of any issues with the door knob, but do have a 24/7 helpline guests can call at anytime during their stay. Absolutely breathtaking view in a studio villa overlooking a stunning view from the living area , balcony and bathroom. Very affordable if your on a budget and want to get away for a couple of days
