Le Siesta Key Village Studio est un appartement simple au rez-de-chaussée et très efficace, niché dans une rue tropicale calme entre les meilleures plages, les boutiques et les restaurants de l'île. Promenez-vous à un pâté de maisons de votre plage, nommée de manière appropriée Sunset Beach par les résidents et les invités initiés. Room was a little cramped, clean but adequate. Bathroom sink needs to be anchored. Pet friendliness was a big plus. Beach access and supplies were good. Pedestrian friendly. You can park your car and leave it parked.

Cozy, Private and Walkable to everything

We had such a lovely stay in this charming village studio in Siesta Key. The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk to the beach and the village. It was tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We especially loved having our own patio to relax in the mornings with a cup of coffee and unwind in the evenings. The space felt cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a beach getaway. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be returning!!

We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key Village, the biggest reason for the 3 star review is how low the toilet is, great for small children but not grown adults. We appreciate how fast you acted when the toaster didn't work. Next time we will choose a larger unit!

Hi we absolutely loved the location of the rental property. It is our first studio rental. So it took a little getting used to. My suggestions going forward, and I know it’s a rental and people can be unkind to rental properties. I would purchase new blinds for the doors. Kitchen sink one was great. The furniture needs updating. The rug could use updating, the fitted sheet came off every night at the top and the bottom. We also had two hand towels that had stains on them. The shower curtain could be changed as well. But over all we loved the locations and the convenience to the beach, the village, etc. thank you.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming rental in Siesta Key. Our experience was just what we were looking for! The property was incredibly cozy and intimate (perfect for two), providing us with a comfortable retreat after our days exploring the area and laying on the beach. The location was ideal! Just a short walk away from an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach! The host was exceptional, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We felt incredibly welcomed and appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made our getaway even more special.

Just what we needed

We loved our stay with Gertrude Realty. We came for just 4 days and the location was perfect! We could walk to everything.. it was so appreciated the beach chairs, cart and umbrella! GREAT GETAWAY!!

This was a great location in Siesta Village, we were able to walk to all the great entertainment and food locations in less than 2 minutes,, The beach was only a 5 minute walk. The studio cottage was cozy and perfect for us..Very CLEAN AND WAS JUST AS LISTED... The host was very accommodating and intouch to ensure our stay was the best it could be....We highly recommend this location for a couples getaway and we will be back next year..
