Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan. Observez les dauphins dans le confort de chaises pivotantes rembourrées sur le balcon. Unité au deuxiÚme étage, complÚtement rénovée et calme.

La chambre principale contient un lit Sleep Number avec commandes réglables droite / gauche, une TV SMART 48 "et sa propre salle de bain. Le salon a une TV SMART 55 "et DVD. WiFi et cùble sont fournis. La deuxiÚme chambre a un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme de 8 po et un surmatelas de 9 po. L'unité peut accueillir 5 personnes. La cuisine rénovée comprend une cuisiniÚre électrique à cinq brûleurs, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur et une cafetiÚre Keurig. Great Therapy

Even though the weather did not cooperate as much as hoped, the comfortable accommodations and lure of the beach more than made up for it. Was able to explore the area easily and made some great new friends. Would definitely stay there again if ever back in the neighbourhood.

Great vacation condo in Ormond Beach

Very straightforward check-in and check-out process. Frank and Laura were very friendly and communicative. Condo was well stocked with essentials and felt like a home away from home. The pool at the condo was quite nice and nothing beats going to sleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach.

Great stay, great hosts

Two of us stayed in this second-story, 2-bedroom/2-full-bath, ocean-view condo for a month. The pool is nice, and beach access is directly across the street. Sunrises from the balcony are amazing, and just out the front door you can see great sunsets until the sun goes below the tree line. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need to make meals, etc. But the best part is that our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate every need. If we return to this area, we will stay here again!

Close to the ocean

The condo was well located for restaurants and needed shopping. It did require some concentration to find after dark, as there are a lot of high rises and few street lights. It was a little smaller than we were used to and could have used another chair or two. All in all we were quite happy.

I really enjoyed everything about this condo!!! I was staying here whike I worked in Ormond and it was great knowing I had a quiet comfortable place to relax after work. The owners were amazing to work with!

My parents so enjoyed a month stay at this condo. My Mom was impressed by how clean the unit was and the location was as advertised. She said the unit had everything needed to make the stay very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again.

No Ormond by the Sea due to Covid 19

Before our check in date we rec'd a mass message from VRBO indicating that they were relaxing cancellation policies. You encouraged renters to contact the property owner. I did so and was met with an extremely understanding and accommodating owner in Fran. He provided full refund. I hope to be able to enjoy his property in the future. He couldn't have been a better host.

True Oceanside vacation!

This was a clean comfortable condo with a close ocean view that took your attention every time you looked in that direction! I’ve rented before but never with an owner who genuinely cared so much about our comfort and even asked for suggestions to make our stay better! The one building complex was very quiet. Some road noise but you hear none of it from inside. We spent most of the winter here and were very comfortable! Thanks Fran and Laura for sharing your beautiful spot! We hope to return!

Great Condo

We just came back from a great week at Ormond by the Sea. Weather was great, and this condo was perfect. It has everything you need. The sleeping number bed is great for those, like me, struggle to sleep if the mattress is too soft. It was great to enjoy the sunrise from the balcon with a fresh cup of coffee ( yes, the condo has a Keurig coffee maker). And I recommend a late dinner at Lagerheads, a nice seaside grill at a walking distance from the condo. Fran was extremely nice to work with, and everything worked as promised. We would definitely stay at his condo again,

Great ocean front location!

Just returned from a month long stay. Thank you Fran Bujak for being such a nice host. The condo is just across the street from the ocean; there's sidewalks to get in your walking and a lovely beach to stroll on. Swimming pool for residents and guests and, of course, the ocean to swim in. The unit is well furnished and the 50" flat screen smart TV was great for watching all the NCAA basketball games! Ideal for 2-4 people.

Ocean view with long wonderful beach right at your front door! Great for walkers! New, comfortable furnishings with entire unit just been renovated. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, linens and lots little extras for your vacation! Good selection of ocean view restaurants nearby! Try Golden Lion! Fran, the owner was wonderful to deal with and provided great customer service!
