Came down for a family get away, found the condo to be very clean, nicely decorated and organized! View was beautiful from the living room couch. Would recommend staying here again!

Lovely, roomy condo!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. There were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag to take to the beach. Had everything we needed. The condo has lots of room and is decorated nicely.

The area seemed safe. I like the idea of having a key to access the elevator after a certain time at night. It might be an option to have it that way all the time. The Sun rising into the bedroom windows every morning was AWESOME. Chad was awesome to respond to me with one concern I had, quickly.

The condo was nice and well stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The master bath could have been cleaned better, hairs on the floor. Very short walk to the beach and pool, which was nice. Pool was very clean, but also very cold. Probably my biggest complaint was the master bed was way too hard for my liking. It was quiet, really didn’t know anyone else was around. Owner was nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

Great stay despite Hurricane Ian

My stay was cut short by Hurricane Ian, but the 3-4 days I spent here were great. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. Short walk to the beach. Both owners reached out to me about the storm since they knew I was there alone. I decided to leave early and stay with family that lived about 30 min away and they were very understanding. Even offered a couple of days credit for a future stay. I did learn a new skill...closing hurricane shutters. I will definitely return for another stay here, just not during hurricane season.

Amazing time at Sandy Feet /Ormond Beach

We had a wonderful five days in Ormond. The condo was just as expected from the pictures and description. Chad was so attentive and easy to work with. Having the ocean in the front yard was so peaceful and calming. We’ll definitely be back ASAP!

Ormond by the Beach

The unit is very and enjoyed very much. One slight incident. While we were enjoying the pool in the evening, one semi-drunk lady claimed to be resident (had no key to pool) stood outside gate staring at us. After 15 minutes staring she said we have to leave by 9pm (it was 8:30pm). The pool rules are until 10pm. But she claimed only residents until 10. No one mentioned these rules and second she never identified if she a manager or what her capacity to make haphazard rules. Other than that enjoyed the stay.

Peaceful and so clean♥️

Our 5 days at this place were perfect! The view of the ocean …So Close! All the different vehicles that pass! Lagerheads grill and bar only .7 miles away! We could have walked. Great seafood there! We enjoyed the whole experience greatly!

Absolutely GREAT Stay !

Wow. What a great time! Us - party of 6 (5 adults, one teen). Perfect location 15 min north of Daytona Beach. AMAZING beach of our own out front! Saw seashells, starfish, pelicans, beach birds, jellyfish and pods and pods of dolphins. Close enough to Daytona Beach for a day excursion. But LOVED our own little piece of private-like cozy beach with miles of beach to stroll down. Hats off to owner Chad. He was great to work with. The condo was AMAZING! Beautiful oceanfront balcony setting. Shout out to Lennys Pizza, The Lady Dolphin Dine & Cruise and the Funky Pelican in Flager Beach. You’ll LOVE this condo, it’s furnishings, location and view!

Great Place!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was the perfect size for 5 people and there were a lot of thoughtful touches around the condo. It was very clean and did not feel old like some condos seem to do. It was in a quiet area, but close enough to shops and restaurants. You have to cross the street to access the beach, but the stairs are right there. The view from the balcony was very nice. I would gladly stay here again with my family.
