Unbeatable location

Wonderful!

This place was beautiful! Perfect for our family of 20. Everything was comfortable - beds, pillows, furniture. The hosts even put up Thanksgiving decorations all over the house for us. The fire pit was also wonderful. We would stay here again and again and again!

Fantastic

Everything was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The only thing I can say it needs is bigger pots and pans for cooking for large groups.

Gorgeous Riverfront property

We brought together two generations of family for a holiday weekend retreat and this was the perfect place for our families to spend time together. There was something for every age, ping pong and basketball were big hits, watching and listening to the river, and sitting around the fire at night. The house is very well decorated and full of all amenities you need in a home away from home.

Life in Gruene

Our family had a wonderful time staying at "Life in Gruene". The listing, pictures, and description were just as they described. The house fit all of our needs, and the kids had a wonderful time making smores, playing ping pong, and playing in the river. Beautiful home & grounds! Something for everyone!

Great place to share with a large or multiple families. Well equipped, beautifully decorated and great layout for a relaxing get away. Seeing the deer feeding at night was a nice bonus. The owner was always super helpful and accessible leading up to the trip, which was great while planning. We definitely plan to go back! We really enjoyed how close the home is situated to all the main New Braunfels attractions, while still feeling very private and nestled amongst the trees.
