Ce magnifique condo peut accueillir 6 à 7 personnes. Chambre principale avec lit queen et salle de bain principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre et canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Comprend de nouvelles salles de bains, une laveuse / sécheuse, le wifi, le câble, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale, une télévision dans la deuxième chambre et une cuisine entièrement équipée au dessus de granit. Profitez d'une belle vue panoramique sur la baie depuis le balcon et pêchez sur la jetée privée. À seulement 150 marches (4 maisons) de belles plages de sable blanc et d'eaux bleues cristallines.

Stay was absolutely perfect. Able to walk to beach, shops, restaurants and fishing. You get to see both sunrise and sunset. The best of both worlds!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.The property itself was clean, well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was thoughtfully set up to make guests feel at home. The hosts was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check in and the overall experience smooth and stress free.Overall, we would definitly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Bradenton Beach. This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and is now our definite favorite, even during spring break! We have visited several gulf beaches over a handful of times now. This was perfect for shortest walk to quiet Cortez Beach and enjoy every morning sunrise off the balcony. The walk over to Coquina Beach and the inlet was so nice and beautiful! The home was quiet despite occasional slow moving traffic during busy times. This unit is one of the cleanest we have ever seen. It is truly well stocked like a home and was nice to see typical spices in the cupboard! Beach chairs were used everyday. We do have kids and note that for now, there were no beach toys in the home and so we did bring a few with us. Beach towels as well as an abundance of linen and bath towels are available. The mini vacuum for quick clean up is pure genius. There are hoses to rinse off before going inside. Host was very responsive. Would love to live here, honestly. The area is stunning, lovely, quiet. This was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Thank you! We would definitely book again!

Great spot, close to everything

Great property, uncluttered and comfortable. Faces east so the patio is shaded in the afternoon and evenings. Fishing close by.......and good food

Perfect location for a family vacation

We absolutely loved the condo! The morning views of the bay were breathtaking and it was a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. This was our first time to AMI and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation vibes

Wonderful location with view of the bay and short walk to beach and Bridge Street. Relaxing way to begin your day by having coffee on the balcony. Only caveat would be the 28 steps to get up to the condo.

Beautiful location. Short walk to the beach and found traffic very respectful when needing to cross the street. Construction crew was very thoughtful and notified when the road would need to be closed and provided alt. parking if needed. All in all great vacation with great friends

Wonderful stay

Just returned from a four night stay and wish we could've stayed longer. I visited with my husband and our 10 year old daughter, and the unit was a perfect home base for our trip. The location can't be beat - directly on the bay with sunrise views from the balcony (as well as occasional dolphins and egret), and just a one block walk to the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We spent our days on the beach and evenings fishing in the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and View

We enjoyed the location of the unit and the wonderful view of the bay from the deck. Had problems with the tv and air conditioning. Plus found the steps to be challenging.

This is the first we’ve heard of any concerns over A/C. We’ve had a full season of guests and no complaints. Hopefully it was just figuring out electronic thermostat. My husband and I both vacationed at Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach since we were children. I was raised in Tampa and he was raised in Lakeland and we were very happy when we met many years later and realized we shared many memories as well as our love for these beaches. As much as we've travelled to beaches around the world, we think the beaches of Bradenton and Anna Maria match or even surpass the best Caribbean beaches. We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My parents bought this condo when it was first built and although I was already an adult, I loved spending my vacations at this beautiful place year after year. My brother and I decided to invest in this property to keep it in the family and renovated it several years ago. We installed new floors, new kitchen counters with granite tops and updated paint, furniture and fixtures. Our parents don't get to use it very often now as they stay close to home, but or memories of our times there continue on with our children.

This condo offers beautiful views from every room. You can enjoy the beautiful water views while cooking in the kitchen, sitting down to eat in the dining area, watching TV in the living room or in the bedrooms. Also, you can enjoy hours of stunning views of Sarasota bay on the balcony sail boats gliding by, dolphins jumping in the bay waters, and the sky ever changing to a different, more beautiful view.
