Condo entièrement mis à jour. Ce condo d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain a de nouveaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain avec de nouveaux carreaux partout. Rénové à l'été 2016. Détendez-vous sur le balcon calme avec vue sur la montagne. Les remontées mécaniques sont à seulement 100 mètres ou traversez la rue et prenez la navette gratuite qui vous emmènera à la base ou en ville.

Après une dure journée de ski ou de randonnée, savourez un verre au coin du feu de bois ou invitez vos amis et votre famille sur la terrasse extérieure dotée d'un barbecue et d'un bain à remous. Il y a aussi des saunas sur place ainsi que ses salles de bains et douches.

Un nouveau lit de cèdre rouge dans le maître donnera à toute personne une bonne nuit de sommeil et le canapé-lit pliant dormira en famille ou entre amis supplémentaires.

Une buanderie est située juste à côté de l'unité. Il y a un accès Internet haut débit gratuit dans tout le complexe.

Le prix comprend la taxe d'oreiller # 19-899. Un 5% Mt. La taxe sur la crête de la butte sera facturée après la confirmation de réservation.

Directions depuis l'aéroport international de Denver:
 Montez sur la I-70 en direction de l'ouest. Prendre la sortie 260 pour rejoindre CO-470E en direction de Colorado Springs. Prendre la sortie US-285 S en direction de Fairplay. Continuez sur l'US-285 S jusqu'à sa jonction avec l'US-50 W, où vous prendrez à droite. Emmenez l'US-50 à Gunnison. Tournez à droite sur CO-135, qui vous emmènera dans la ville de Crested Butte. Continuez sur le CO-135 et dirigez-vous vers le sommet de la montagne sur environ 3 km. Tournez à droite sur Snowmass Rd. Le complexe de condos est le premier sur votre gauche.

Directions depuis l'aéroport de Gunnison:
Prenez S Boulevard St jusqu'à W Tomichi Avenue. Tournez à droite sur W. Tomichi. Tournez à gauche sur N Main St. Continuez tout droit sur CO-135 à travers la ville de Crested Butte. Montez la montagne pendant environ 2 miles après la ville de Crested Butte. Tournez à droite sur Snowmass Rd. Le complexe de condos est le premier sur votre gauche.

Great Stay in Mt Crested Butte

We were extremely happy with the accommodations in this renovated condo in Mt Crested Butte. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had nice updates and the balcony was perfect for evening relaxation. The location is very convenient to all of the activities available in the area. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Cute condo, short distance to the lift.

There is no shuttle to town and it’s quite a hike to the transit station. The condo has everything you need for a long weekend. It’s perfect for 3-4 people.

Comfy Stay in Great Location

We usually stay in town, but decided to stay on the mountain this time. This is a great property; very convenient to the mountain, still close to town. The unit was just as described, perfect for my wife and me. Great shower, plenty of space - and an elevator! for this 4th level unit. Ample parking and a bus stop right at the parking lot entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

What a sweet little condo. So nicely decorated...morning sun off the deck...every thing well thought out and provided for. Easy to get into town either by bus or quick short car trip. The building it is situated in is very clean and well maintained...so the redecorated condo is icing on the cake. Will definitely book again if available

Great location, well appointed condo

This condo is close to the west wall lift. It is fitted out to a high quality with everything you might need. Lots of little extras in kitchen and bathroom. The host communicated well. Would be happy to stay again and recommend to friends.

Perfect

The property is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for myself and 2 teen age daughters. The bed and pull out were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the sitting area and TV were perfect for watching movies at night. The balcony has an awesome view of the mountains. It is a very short walk to the West Wall Lift. We were able to easily return for lunch. The Hot tub was very clean and perfect temperature. The unit had plenty of trash bags, dish soap , toilet paper etc. Very close to the laundrt room. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

We have just left this wonderful condo after staying 2 weeks, and have moved on to our next vrbo rental in another location. Already we miss what made this Crested Butte rental a stand out. Although the location was great for hiking and biking and enjoying the town of Crested Butte, the bed was comfy, the shower amazing, the balcony to drink our coffee in the morning was great, and the bus from town dropped us right off at the complex, what REALLY made this apartment different was how well supplied it was. My husband and I travel a lot, and have stayed in countless vrbo condos, and we have never not had to go buy all the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) within a few days of our stay. We did not need to buy ANYTHING for 2 weeks, which meant we were enjoying CB and all it had to offer, rather than running to the store for toilet paper. Not only did this condo have all the basics, it went above and beyond that. There were too many "extras" to mention, but trust me, you wouldn't need to bring a thing, other than your food! Lastly, a shout out to Brittney, who was our contact. We only had a couple of tiny issues, (one was we couldn't figure out how to make the streaming hot water less steaming). Not only did she answer immediately, she came over to solve the problem immediately. Book this condo; you will be so glad you did!

Condo Envy!!

I loved this condo so much that I wish it was mine...I even thought about asking Brittany if she was interested in selling it...LOL!! The condo was immaculate...had everything we needed and more...and absolutely LOVED the decor! The bed was beautiful and super comfy with lots of pillows...much needed after hiking every day!! The bathroom /shower is fantastic! Loved all the little touches throughout the condo...made it feel like home. The location also couldn't be beat...close to "downtown" area of Crested Butte, yet away from all the craziness! The shuttle for the West Maroon Trailhead (we hiked from CB to Aspen...highly recommend for avid hikers) even picked us up and dropped us off at our condo!! Driving to several of the trailheads is an adventure in itself...glad we had a 4WD vehicle...but the condo is centrally located to all the hikes that we did. Everyone at condo complex was very nice. The common area with community grill and hot tub was great. The convenience and cleanliness of the laundry facilities was also a pleasant surprise, as were the luggage carts that were available for use in the cute lobby...elevator also a plus for this! The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and communicating with Brittany was both easy and very pleasant! You can tell she cares about this condo and her guests :) I wish we could have stayed longer...heck, I want to live there...haha! Hoping to be lucky enough to stay there again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Not ski in/ski out, but convenient to the slopes. Some of the pans in the kitchen have seen better days, but otherwise well-stocked.

Great location, short walk to lifts

We are all about the skiing so this location was ideal and includes parking, a rarity at CB. If you want extreme clean you won’t find that but it was adequate. The refrigerator was dirty, windowsills and blinds were dusty, floors and cabinets need a good scrub. Great shower! Brittany the property manager was extremely responsive. There was a humidifier in the bedroom that really needed to be cleaned. Beittany picked it up cleaned it and returned it. This was our first trip to crested Butte. Took us a while to figure out how to get to the lifts and we quickly realized there aren’t many services at the base. Be sure to do your grocery shopping in Gunnison before you continue on to CB. The info. folder had the necessary info. but it would have been nice to have directions to the lifts.

Great place, close to slopes!

Very cozy mountain condo so close to the Mt. Crested Butte lifts. Clean and well stocked to make your own food. Also, a 10 min drive from downtown Crested Butte and going out to eat. Access to a hot tub and grill was great at the end of the day. Front door is a little tricky to get the latch to stay, but a firm push or pull will do it.

Lovely Christmas week

We got 50” of snow in the 5 days we were there, so being close to the ski lifts was great! The unit itself was very cozy, and equipped with everything we need. The extras (fans, humidifier) were greatly appreciated. Brittany was quick to respond to our questions. This was everything you want out of a short term rental experience.

We loved this rental! It was great! It was exactly like described online, it was clean, it was quiet, the check-in and out process was very easy! Great Stay

Condo was very nice and great for a small family. Well stocked kitchen for making meals and close access to mountain base and lifts. Beds were comfortable and complex was very quiet. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Crested Butte.
