Idyllic Holiday Properties est une petite entreprise de vacances sympathique qui offre un service honnête et efficace à nos immeubles locatifs privés situés dans des emplacements fantastiques sur Anna Maria Island, sur la côte du golfe de Floride. L'île a 7 miles de belle plage de sable blanc de sucre où vous pourrez voir les pélicans plonger, les dauphins jouent et la course ibis.

Nous avons 6 propriétés sur l'île, y compris notre Beach House, qui, comme son nom l'indique, est située directement sur la plage donnant sur l'océan, et nos 3 cottages situés à seulement 200 pieds de la plage et bénéficiant d'une piscine de forme libre avec cascade.

Toutes nos propriétés sont joliment rénovées, confortablement meublées et équipées de tout ce dont nous espérons que vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances parfaites.

The location of Shell Cottage is exceptional. Such an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction surrounding the cottage and because of the noise the pool was not a relaxing place to be during the day. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location! Steps from the beach. And walking distance to both Pine Street and Gulf Drive for shopping and restaurants.We were checking in the Sunday of the St. Patrick’s Day parade and I was very concerned about getting to the unit with the parade happening. I texted Debbi and she immediately got back to me and let me know as soon as the unit was ready so we could get in before the parade started. She was awesome.

The cottage was perfect. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful pool. A 30 second walk to the most beautiful beach. Walkable to shop, cafes, bakeries. At the north end of the island so it’s quiet and private. Will definitely return.

The studio apartment was pretty perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We appreciated the email prior with all the specifics and the manager texted us to make sure we had her contact info in case we needed it.

Shell cottage review

Shell cottage is a small cozy cabin. My daughter and family stayed at an adjoining cabin, so it was perfect. Very close to the beach, easy to walk back and forth. Pool was very nice and we divided up our time between the beach and pool. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay at the Shell Cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shell Cottage! It was perfect size for us and we loved the close proximity to restaurants and the beach. Even though we had a car, we chose to walk everywhere. The pool and patio area were very nice too! We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Our perfect beach escape.

The cottage was all we had hoped it would be. The pool was amazing. So nice to come out of your room right into a beautifully set pool. The walk to beach is very short. The beach is almost secluded. Just like a fairy tale island getaway!

Perfect location!

The cottage was the perfect size and setup for us. Location was great- steps away from the beach. The pool was refreshing. Highly recommend The Donut Experiment which was only a few blocks away . And last but not least- we got to see a few loggerhead hatchlings and help one to the ocean with the Sea Turtle Patrol!!

Cute cottage near the beach and east walk to Pine St

My wife and I needed a one bedroom place north of Pine St to be close to our daughter’s place. This was perfect, cozy, neat and clean. Shared pool was great. Nice pool furniture, landscape and pool deck. Small kitchen and bathroom worked for the two of us.
