Connie's Place est un duplex avec deux unités. Connie's Place est fier de créer un environnement de retraite où les clients peuvent profiter de la sérénité et de la beauté des paysages distinctifs de roches rouges. Les propriétaires, Steve et Connie Segner, ont toujours eu pour mission d’évoquer un sentiment de paix et de calme pour tous leurs invités, qu’ils soient à deux ou à quatre pattes.

La "maison" a été divisée en deux unités distinctes; une unité d'une chambre et une unité de deux chambres. L'unité à une chambre comprend un salon spacieux, une salle de bain complète confortable, un réfrigérateur et un micro-ondes. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes, avec une chambre lit queen-size pour deux personnes et un confortable canapé-lit convertible pouvant accueillir deux personnes dans le salon.

La grande cour arrière clôturée a un gril et est partagée entre deux unités. Les clients ont accès à une salle de sport complète, à deux piscines et à des privilèges de spa de base à Los Abrigados, à seulement cinq minutes à pied.
Le Connie's Place est situé à quelques minutes de marche des nombreuses activités de Sedona, telles que la randonnée, les magasins, les restaurants, les visites et bien plus encore! Y compris le village d'art et d'artisanat de Tlaquepaque, Hillside Sedona, le musée du patrimoine de Sedona, le centre des arts de Sedona +++.

Great Little Getaway

We loved the location! The place was very clean and comfortable. We walked to nearby restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The front window views were wonderful as well!

So perfect!

This adorable cottage is a 5 minute walk to Tlaquepaque and a 10 minute walk to Uptown so it’s perfectly located to many restaurants and bars. The cottage comes with access to local amenities so that is a bonus!

Love that this place accepted our dog and cat ! No addition cleaning fee but we made sure to clean up . Animals loved the large front window . Great views for them .

A short walk to downtown Sedona. House was clean and comfortable for our stay. Also, great restaurant, steps from house, Shorebird Sedona, pricey but oh so good. We will be back. Thank you.......

We had a fun trip. Place was clean and close to everything. I would be nice if the property had a few dishes and silverware, at a minimum paper plates and utensils. Master bed is super comfy but the sofa bed is a little lumpy

Awesome location, clean, kinda small

Follow the hosts’ directions or drive through the parking lot of the Shorebird Restaurant on HWY 179 then it’s on your left. We got a little turned around following the phone GPS. Darn near everything you need other than sightseeing trips is within walking distance. Hideaway House has some of the best Italian Food in the state. The ice cream place is SUPER GOOD (tasted like fat content, Corey creamy) but also PRICEY.. I would go back to this place.

Birthday getaway to Sedona

We could not have chose a better location to celebrate my birthday in Sedona. I had a lovely two night stay with my husband and son and really enjoyed that the location was walking distance to the restaurants and shops! The place was perfect for just a few nights, if we stayed longer I would prefer a full kitchen as this only had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, but for some that might be just enough! The bed was very comfortable and the heaters kept the house nice and cozy. It would be nice if there was a small table to eat at, we made it work by pulling chairs up to the window, which had stunning views. The communication through VRBO could have been better or instructions for check in more clear, but once I contacted the owner they were very responsive. This place is very cute, comfortable and the location cannot be beat!

Sedona Thanksgiving

Stayed here b/c friends in town already had guests. It was very comfortable. Bathroom is small and faucets are a little wonky but you get the hang of it. Main issue is that I reached out twice to property manager for help with the TV remotes but never heard back. Unable to use TV. Also, the instructions to lock the door are not compatible with the keypad; there is no # key. It took a while to figure out how to lock the door. Good thing we worked it out as the property manager was not responsive.

Great pet friendly lodging!

The room was very clean and bright. The bed was very large and comfortable. Location was very close to downtown, galleries and shops. Plenty of towels and clean linens. Very roomy! The only negative is the adjoining room. Very loud with other visitors and pets. We couldn’t avoid and Could hear and feel every footstep, word , and flush.

Disappointed

The property did not have the fenced yard area for the dogs that was shown in the online photos of the property. No one even seemed to know I was there. My check-in was never acknowledged. I only had the unit vacuumed on one day because I happened to show up when the ladies were there cleaning the other unit. It was supposed to be serviced every 3 days. That did not happen. It was not very clean. The refrigerator was barely cool. A large white lamp seemed to have a short in it and only worked if you really fiddled with it. One of the TV remotes needed new batteries. The door key is cracked. The shower curtains smelled of mildew. The unit needs a thorough cleaning and some tlc. I am extremely disappointed. It occurs to me that I should have been made aware that the dog yard no longer existed. It seems like a partial refund should be issued based on this lack of transparency and the overall lack luster condition of the unit.

Amy, We are very sorry you were disappointed in your stay at Connie's Place. With the Covid we weren't going into the units unless requested, some guests didn't want us there. There was a phone number to contact us with any questions or needs. We will now make it a point to contact guests to check if they would like service. Steve the owner changed all the batteries and replaced the lamp. We appreciate your comments and have also replaced the key. Looks like you booked in June when the yard was there then construction started in August, we did try and email everyone to let them know.

Perfect Stay for Dogs!

We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable with our two dogs. The house is down a quiet street, excellent for taking them out to go to the bathroom and be away from commotion that might make them bark. The house was very cozy and comfortable for all of us! Would love to stay here again.

Smaller Place in Heart of Sedona

The place is on the smaller side and some of the furnishings are definitely worn but the location is great. Note that the grass patch that's shown in the listing is now being converted into a 3rd unit. I'd stay here again if bringing a dog and was only staying for 2-3 nights.

Cozy and convenient

This duplex was perfect for our three days of hiking (and eating) in Sedona for our anniversary trip. Centrally located within the arts district and near Uptown, we were able to walk to great bars and restaurants, avoiding the crawling weekend traffic through town. It's also only a 10-minute drive from Cathedral Rock's trailhead (get there early, because the limited parking fills up quickly) and other popular hikes. The bedroom is comfortable, and the front room was perfect for hanging out on an unexpected rainy day. For longer stays, it could use a wet bar or some other sink to rinse dishes, glasses, etc. One minor quibble: this duplex is located behind a string of businesses along one of Sedona's main drags, so the front view is not great. But, again, its proximity to restaurants, bars, etc. made walking an attractive option. And don't pass up the opportunity to use the pools, sauna and gym at the nearby hotel offering access if you have time.

Awesome location and great for pets

This was the second stay in the same unit for me. I love this location. So easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. Great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. They have a large yard in the back of the unit to take your dog to go potty.

Amazing spot for pets!

This property is fantastic. Centrally located so lots of things are walkable from the apartment. Amazing to have the yard for the dog. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will stay here in the future. The only small downside is my partner and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. But let's be honest, we weren't in Sedona to sleep!!!

But at 55 I decided enough was enough; I knew it was time to move on when I started to look forward to weekends! My wife and I had a dream to retire to Sedona, Arizona; so we sold L. A. Pet Foods and moved to Sedona.
So after 30 or more years in the pet industry, we go into the hospitality industry and open El Portal Sedona Hotel. It is a pet friendly luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Sedona.
And now, we decided to open Connie's Place, for those who want a longer stay in Sedona!
